Airtel — airtel digital tv setup box and service

This is regard to my digital tv setup box issue. Last couple of week i am following with airtel customer care to get the resolution of the issue with dth box.

I have been getting assurance from airtel customer care every time when ever i called them last 4 days i have called them 6-7 times every day to get the issue resolved but every time new employee will attend the call and i need to narrate the problem from the scratch. I spoke to their senior supervisor also and got the same assurance then your issue will get resolved but in reality there is no resolution.

Local field supervisor and local technician is not responding my call and did not address the issue.

Issue summary :
Bought a new smart tv and thought o[censored]pgrading my dth box as i had been using normal setup box with my old tv. Airtel technical came and upgraded the setup box. After installing the new box started seeing the display issue on top of osd panel. I connected with tv and informed that tv has display issue they old it not tv problem its airtel setup box issue. I called airtel customer care to informed that same they told its not our fault its tv problem. Later i replace the tv and brought new one and started using the same setup box and encounter the same issue. Later use the same setup box with my old tv and found that in my old tv also its showing same issue. Then i found that its dth issue only.

I call customer care and informed the issue again. They arrange one technician who came with another setup box which is having vc card installed in separably. After installing he told that it will get activated with in 20 min. And he went away. Its already 4 days over and these 4 days i have called many time to airtel and got only assurance.

Local field supervisor is not responding properly and not addressing my call too. He told that sir you asked new setup box i have sent technical to install the same now its not my headache whether its getting activated or not. Even i tried to called the technician who came to change the setup box and he also not addressing my call. Moreover customer care guys also giving only the assurance nothing else.
