[Resolved] Airtel — airtel dth pathetic service provider
I had subscribed for yearly subscription package, and i have paid 4500+- in advance hoping for yearly subscription.
But after 6 month, my subscription is over, contacted customer care they confirmed for 4500+ recharge for yearly subscription, but they give excuse that you have not called customer care. But package is marketed for yearly subscription after 6 month they told its your fault.
