Airtel — airtel dth : recharge not credited to airtel dth account

Am prabu, airtel dth customer id[protected]
I had made online recharge to my account on 31.05.2019 through my icici bank card online through your app and icici bank site, which does not appear in my account
As viewed by me on internet. The payment was made by login to
Your http://www.airtel.in/digitaltv.
Amount was debited from my icici account and recipt of transection is icici banktransaction reference number:[protected]. But my airtel dth account not showing the amount credited to airtel dth account. Through airtel app below confirmation from icici
"you have made an online payment of inr 250.0 with transaction id [protected] towards payee indiaideas ewallet from your account xxxxxxxx3583 on may, 31, 2019 at 17:51 hours."

I had already contacted customer care but no response till now.
