Airtel — airtel dth service

I am having airtel dth connection and have paid for it till july 2019 (Yearly advance payment) my airtel id no is [protected]. Now this service is not working and i have informed the airtel concerned department with req no: 87061790 on 21st march 2019, which was closed without resolving the issue and again i called the airtel cc and a new req: 87095571 on 22nd mar 2019 around 10am, the call was routed to supervisor and he promised it will be resolved by 3:30 but no engineer visited the permises. Around 5pm i called them again and they promised it will be resolved by 7pm or by 23rd march 2019 11:35am.

The issue is not been resolved even after 24hrs. And the assigned engineer is not picking the call jaipal ([protected]) and closing the tickets without resolving it. If airtel can't provide the service with high market trends, it's would be better to shutdown instead of troubling the customers.

So pathetic service, i would not recommend airtel to any of friends or family.
