Airtel — airtel dth service fraud/worst balance deduction/plan change
First of all, thank you for your pathetic customer support and fraud customer care executives.

I have 2 dth connections and i had done the annual recharge for both the connections. Last recharge i had done for my second device of rs 5801 rs from june 2018 to june 2019.
In oct 2018, airtel dth had shopped the services of my second device then i came to know that airtel dth added this money in my primary account. I had registered a complaint against it and they had activated it and told me that now you will face any issue.
Now on jan 2019, again i got a message that my primary account is suspended on 16th jan and the second account will be suspended on 27 jan 2019. Again i had registered the complaint to resolve this issue as i have
But, i came to know that the airtel dth team had converter my annual pack to month pack (Which is the costly one) and the best part is that they had done on my request. For me its surprising that i had never made any such request and how airtel dth can change my plan without my permission. As a result, they had consumed my whole money in 7 months instead of 12 months.
And the worst part is that no one customer care executive is ready to help me out. Daily i am doing 3 -4 call and they told me that our senior will call you and we will resolve it asap. But i had not revived any call yet. And on tuesday when i called up again the customer executive told me that they can't resolve this issue if you want to activate your tv kindly recharge it. Your balance is nill, we can do anything. Please find the recording of my conversation as well.
Very disappointing and pathetic behaviour of the customer care team. Lost complete trust need to think twice before opting for airtel dth connection again. I would recommend also not to use the airtel dth services at all because it sucks and fraud.
