One month back, airtel called me with an updated plan whereby i was told that, i will get an upgraded speed of 100mbps if i pay 6 months advance which was rs. 9027. I paid it via my airtel app immediately and i was told that a technician will visit my premises and upgrade the modem within 3 working days. One week passed and nothing happened. Called customercare multiple times. Everytime, i was promised that it will be resolved but nothing happened. Finally, the airtel technician from the area called and said that they cannot give upgraded connection because of technical limitations. I requested that my money be refunded which customer care agreed to and said it will be process d within 24 hours. This was 1 week back. Nothing has happened. Called them again and remided multiple times, but they rhave still not refunded the money. How can i file a case of cheating against them? Was this information helpful? | |||

It is very bad communication and false commitment from the escalation department said changing the plan and the balance transfer to my main account. but not happen till now. Today they said they not able to do the balance amount of Rs. 547 to my main account because of GST?

As of now I facing the first problem with the messages, the messages are not send but I receive the messages it says that the phone number formatted incorrectly I can't understand what's the problem is? Please solve the problem as early as possible

Just paid INR 5801 for all HD & SD channels for one year, but in my login it is not showing as per this offer.
Kindly confirm my payment done is for all HD & SD channels for one year as per your offer .
Hope company like Airtel will not do any cheating on offers
