Airtel — airtel fibernet disconnection from 2 days | |||
I have been using the airtel fibernet from oct 2019 and i have come across the disconnection of internet 3 or 4 times. I have requested fro the landline which was supposed to be provided with the connectoin and even that was not provided yet. This was taken for some office works like work from home and airtel fibernet is not a reliable source of internet., and now the connection was frequently disconnected on nov 9th morning and by evening the connection was completely lost. I have been repeatedly calling customer care and no actions where taken on the same. I have never expected the airtel customer care will be so irresponsible. If this cannot be corrected please disconnect the service and i need the complete repayment. I have mentioned the customer call details and my account details below. Please let me know the expected eta for the same and what actions where taken for this till now. I want the two days bill to be reduced during this bill cycle.
