Airtel — airtel gives offers but denies to credit the cashback by discontinuing the offer after the transaction is completed | |||
I transacted at airtel for the offer as per screenshots attached at 1:30am today (6-8-18) but after around 20 hours found the cashback was not credited to my airtel wallet account. I had written an e mail to the wecare e mail address but some naman verma replied absurd without even seeing the screenshots attached with the e mail. I am attaching the same screenshots for offer details and transaction details herewith for your perusal and am sure they are self explanatory. I called up airtel we care helpline on 400 and the executive rehim and later the supervisor ganesh modiraj said that i was not eligible for the cashback of rs.100 on minimum payment of rs.200 as per offer since the earlier offer which was running at the time of my transaction was discontinued now. This is called cheating since the transaction was done when the earlier offer was still running. Airtel has cheated me on two earlier occasions also once when they had offered a cashback of rs.50/- for kyc verification whereby even after follow up through e mails and long duration phone calls for 4 months they credited only rs.35. Why do they provide cashback offers if they are beggars and can't pay the cashbacks as promised-they are big cheats and lots of worthless follow up is required. Even the higher authorities like nodal and appellate are good for nothing. Please ensure the credit of my rightful cashback of rs.100. The airtel offers are badly worded and when customer transacts on that basis they discontinue the offer and insert a new offer on their app with a new wording and sy that they would not credit and thatt i am not eligible. I fulfilled all the t&c of the offer prevailing at the time of my transaction then how can they deny giving the cashback-is it not cheating customers? Was this information helpful? | |||

Airtel did nothing inspite of lots of follow up through e mails and phone calls -instead they changed the wording of the offer the next day when i complained through e mail -Airtel wecare people are useless and help company to cheat customers-their answers are vague-they waste lots of time on phone and send hopeless irrelevant replies-height of inefficiency
