[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel is closing iptv services in delhi and forcing to shift to airtel dth service | |||||
I am using Airtel IPTv along with broadband and landline connection, I was sold a costly IPTV setbox and subscription few years back stating that its a futuristic technology, the services wasn't up to the mark though and I stuck to it as I had paid them 3500 for STB n don't want to lose out on my initial charges. Now suddenly Airtel decided to close IPTv and forcing me to go for DTH which comes with only basic manual recording option unlike IPTv. I feel cheated because what they offering is not at all equivalent to IPTV. I expect nothing lesss then HD recorder or money back with penalties. Was this information helpful? | |||||
