Airtel — Airtel is not issuing the replacement of my faulty SIM

Hello,
Airtel India I would like to know why you are not issuing a replacement of the sim (Phone No - [protected]) stopped working suddenly.
I am out of the country and it has been more than 4 months I am not able to use my number and my Indian bank accounts too.
All documents and papers work are already submitted at the Kolkata office. Many Msgs are already sent to you on Twitter & Facebook DM but there is no response !!!

Please help !! What do I do?
