Airtel — airtel is sending bill even after disconnection. | |||
We had airtel broad band and airtel telephone land line. Due to improper speed and ours being a customer service outlet, our business got affected daily. Hence we opted for another network. In this circumstances, we informed nearby airtel office and we remitted the april bill and they ensured us that everything would be disconnected, not only the broad band but also the land line. But to our surprise we are still getting land line bill and no disconnection had happened. Customer service people doesn't do what they assure. I do not know what airtel management is doing. Customer service doesn't care for customers. We are making very clear that we have informed airtel to disconnect both land line and broad band. Besides, we are not responsible for your wrong billing. It is sure, that we would not pay anything. So it is advised to reverse your bill and give us a clear confirmation by return mail.
