Airtel — airtel - mobile network issue - internet working very slow | |||
Dated: 04/01/2019 Description: as i have recharged my airtel number of rs 399 for 84 days with 4g coverage and unlimited local calls. But from the day when i recharged, my internet was not working upto the speed that was stated/mentioned. When i connect the internet, the network speed goes upto maximum of 10 -20 kbps. I feel that the airtel company is cheating and giving some fake advertisement that they have a super speed internet all over the country. But being in the mid of the chennai city, still we are getting the top speed of maximum 20 kbps whichis very disappointing. When we contact the customer care, they are diverting the problem like it is occurring only for that user. But the actual is, its not working for my friends, colleagues, parents and relations as well (All people in the below mentioned area). Area: nandambakkam & nungambakkam & mogappair. Kindly consider this as a serious issue and resolve the issue asap is appreciated. Was this information helpful? | |||
