[Resolved] Airtel — airtel not doing their work | |||
Hi, since my old sim card got damaged i went to the near by airtel office and collected a new sim replacing it, they asked me to wait for 4 hrs and i have waited and i have not got the sim activation . when i called the customer care and asked they said there was no activation request they received from the airtel office . because of this i have wasted my time and must have missed a lot of important calls. i am seriously disappointed by the service i have got . i have to go to the airtel office once again for this Was this information helpful? | |||
