Airtel — airtel online recharge twice | |||
Date of incident : 18/08/2018 please note that i have first recharged my airtel prepaid mobile [protected] with rs 99 for unlimited talktme. Amount got deducted from my sbi account (I used paytm). But i did not get a confirmation that the recharge has been successfully done and page was not geting loaded. I waited for 15 minutes. Then i tried again doing same recharge, it got successfully recharged and i got confirmation also for the same. After few seconds the first recharge has also got confirmed. Now my concern is that both the recharge are for data pack. Please if you could refund the second recharge of rs 99. It would be really very appreciable. Your customer support number is always busy, and when i spoke to customer representative he said we cannot refund or convert to talk time. So i am writing you this mail.
