Airtel — airtel payment account closure fraud | |||
I had closed airtel landline account in the month of july as the landline could not be transferred to my new location. Airtel was supposed to refund me for balance xtra payment i had put in the account of 1779 rs and they have refunded my only 476rs for account no 14829248 with a neft txn id of [protected] on icici bank credit to me on 27/08/2018. Airtel claims 1779 has been transferred on this txn id and they are not ready to check in their backend as they have recorded this in the system.in my bank it is 476 only is transferred. Its now more than 45 days and i have not received my balance and it their records they claim they have transferred 1779 to me. We have exchanged 25+ emails/calls going nowhere. My Airtel mobile [protected] was recharged with INR 399 pack on 30th August 2018 through SBI net banking Mobile application. Transection Number UH52225979. . But yet rechage amount is still not showing on my number. And main balance is deducting after call or net surfing.
