Airtel people offering broadband services but after made payment (Rs 2474) no response even after so many followups (Name: shekar contact no: [protected]). Tried to raise a complaint to airtel[protected] but call executive saying that we are transferring your call to supervisor but they are disconnecting my calls. I tried more than 10 times and wasted 3hrs + time. After taking my details along with caf no when i say call is about complaint they are continuously disconnecting my calls. I made payment on 6th oct 2018 but today date is 18th oct 2018. As their rules and info executive (Shekar) given they have to complete the broadband connectivity within 2 days but after 12 days also no response.
