[Resolved]  Airtel — Airtel postpaid sim deactivated since 04/01/2017 morning

I am using postpaid SIM of AIRTEL having cell no [protected], On 28/12/2016, I visited AIRTEL Office of Annapurna Road Indore [Phone no[protected]] & requested to up-grade my SIM from 2G to 4G, they have registered my request & issued me another SIM no[protected]U vide Order no[protected], On 03/01/2017, AIRTEL representative visited my residence for verification but suddenly on 04/01/2017 my SIM dis-activated with message that Request no[protected] has been booked..., when I approached your Office at Annapurna Road Indore, they have given me one more SIM saying that they are keeping SIM till activation & called to me after 1 Hrs, after that I have called your office 100 Timers but they are not giving me satisfactory reply, I am struggling since yesterday morning to get my SIM activated, my work is suffering badly, now I have no option left rather then to approach Consumer forum for such Poor services...pl urgently look in to this matter.
