[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel postpaid to prepaid migration. | |||
Hi, I have raised request to airtel to migrate my postpaid to prepaid 2 weeks back, now they successfully migrated and my prepaid sim was activated, but i cant do recharge for that. When i dial *121# it's showing error occurred 536. Please try after some time, i called several times to speak with customer services and registered complaint on this concern (Complaint no : conrc[protected]) but no response from them.
