[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel prepaid sim, incoming calls barred

My mobile no is [protected].I am not receiving incoming calls in my mobile since 20 May.I can make outgoing calls, send and receive sms and use data services, but only incoming calls arent coming through.I called up 121 ans Suryakant Prasad received the call.He was unable to understand my concern and transferred the call to Indrajit Chakraborty(Senior supervisor).He didnot take up my complain and asked me to visit the airtel store.He refused to provide me with an interaction id as well.On 21 May, I called back again and Rahul lodged my complaint and provided me with a complain no [protected] and said the resolution time is 72 hours.After 72 hours, the concern wasnt resolved and I called the appellate on 25 May at 10.45 am.Avik interacted with me and provided a different complaint no i.e[protected] and said within 3 business days the issue is going to be solved.On 26 May I received a sms at 11.10 am, stating my service can be restored after restarting my mobile.I did the same and incoming calls came through thrice.But again it stopped.I called appellate again, Prapinder received the call, he informed me there is system error and he cant pull out the details and will take a note of my number.I was asked to call back this morning.I called back this morning, the same guy received the call and he couldnt do anything because his system is still down.I was asked to call back again.At 11.10 am, I called and Deepak Pandery received the call, he said everything is fine at their end and I need to visit airtel store and change my sim with documents and rs 25.
Well, its not matter of Rs 25, airtel is just trying to munt money.Why the hell am I going to pay again, when I have paid while purchasing the sim and upgrading to 4G.And the fault is at your end.Then no incoming calls for 7 days.You people donot understand but its loss of communication and loss of work.And airtel has never been helpful or cooperated.The customer service executives are undertrained and fail to understand a customer's concern.Moreover, there is no resolution and right from customer service executives to appellate officers, just harass the customers and waste their time.
I donot demand anything because I am highly dissatisfied with Airtel.Just wanted to bring this to the light and am going to escalate it further.To notify you, I am going to discontinue all my services with Airtel and change my network service provider.
