I have done a recharge yesterday (24/11/2021) for 1498 rupees. I got a message that your recharge is failed but to no avail my money deducted from Amazon wallet is not refunded until now.
I have contacted both Amazon and Airtel. Amazon has provided me with a confirmation mail of approval of transaction and Got a message from Airtel that it is failed.
Where's My money?
I have registered complaints regarding the same with both.
This is the second time this has happened to me, it happened during the pandemic too on a recharge of 149 rupees.
Airtel is also looting us all
I think it's time we go to consumer court and challenge their dirty practice.
Don't forget Consumer is the king.
