[Resolved] Airtel — airtel secure plan - fraudulent plan by airtel | |||||
I would like to spread some light on this airtel secure plan offered by airtel. I subscribed this plan for my mobile. Then, my mobile got damaged on 1st july and i was trying to get my claim under this plan. When it comes to claim process they simply rejected and gave invalid reason. They have kept my mobile for more than 15 days and rejected my claim saying "improper handling". I was enquiring them why it is not covered under accidental warranty. They have given a new description to accident like external force leading the damage (I wonder what it should be a gunshot). I did google also, there i couldn't find their description. It is totally fraudulent and i m suggesting you all not to subscribe this plan. Airtel is looting money from this plan and not at all providing service to the customer. And the best part is that even after rejection of my claim, they have sent some other fully damaged mobile to me. They kept my mobile more than one week with them and now they sent some other damaged piece. I fed up with this airtel secure plan. Now i m fighting to get my own mobile from them.
