Airtel — airtel secure rejected my claim | |||
I had purchased my samsung c 7 pro on 30 march 2017 on which i had been using airtel secure plan later in sep 2017 i purchased c 9 pro but updated the details on airtel secure on dec 2018. Company had accepted my subscription on 25 dec 2018. And activated the same I met with an accident in jan and my phone broke down When i submited the claim for c 9 pro repair they had rejected my claim stating the device is older than one year. Q1 when i had updated my details on 22 dec on airtel secure aap with all the invoice and bills and phones image they had activeted my subscription even the phone was more than one year old as per invoice and started charging me for the same on my bill. When i sumited the claim for repair they rejected it How can my subsciprtion get active if the policy says phone should be less than one year old. Airtel company is at fault and now they are not accepting it hence i am planning go legal against the comapny polices and the management responsible for airtel secure app. Regards Ankur Was this information helpful? | |||
