Airtel — airtel sending sms about stopping of incoming and outgoing services on my sim | |||
Dear sir / madam, I'm prepaid customer of airtel. My number is [protected]. Now airtel has sent me an sms stating that to restart your incoming and outgoing data and voice services on your airtel mobile, recharge with unlimited or smart pack. The life time validity amount has been paid to airtel during sim purchase. But they are stating that every month you need to recharge. Since airtel is facing heavy loss, they want to recover their losses by changing the schemes and gaining from each and every customer. Kindly need your intervention in this. Waiting your reply asap. You are literally asking ransom to keep your subscribers using their own number. Your so called Smart Recharge of Rs.23 doesn't give anything but a extension of validity for a month which is unfair.

Dear sir humne ek naya airtel sim card liya jiska no hai [protected] retailer ke pass jo humne alternate no diya tha us par verification code hame mila par wo no by mistake delete ho gaya i am so sorry sir and i polite request to you that plz resend verification code my alternate no [protected]
