Airtel — airtel setup box

We were using airtel dth since 2011 and stopped using secondary connection it for some reason. I was call airtel dth customer care for discontinues my secondary setup he is asking me please return setup box after that we are discontinues you services why we are returning back setup box??? I have paid for setup box... Is that airtel returning my money which i have paid for setup box???
