Came to Dubai with an Airtel international roaming plan activation of 5K on Feb 16 and sim ([protected]) stopped working on Feb 25.
Until now no solution despite having complained many times.
First of all I need support to make the sim function properly and I want my money back as soon as possible, which I paid for international roaming as I did not use it.
Today, I regret choosing Airtel and what is more painful is my loyalty to Airtel for a number of years.
Airtel does not even reply to my mail. My number-[protected] is still not working, even after putting all efforts from my side and getting issued a new sim card approx. 15 days back.
I couldn't make any payment to my credit card, life insurance and loan installment due to not receiving OTP. Now banks have put almost 40K late fees in total altogether. Only Airtel is responsible for that.
Otherwise I never made any delay in any sort of payments.
Now first and foremost my sim-[protected] must function to give me a solution for my money which I have lost due to the nonsense and negligence of the Airtel company and its pathetic service.
In total I have faced a 40K loss, which Airtel company has to compensate.
