Airtel — Airtel sim is always not reachable

I am using an Airtel sim... I have changed the SIM to 4G recently. I had some intermittent connection problems. But now my sim is not reachable at all... I am not able to receive any calls. But I do receive SMS.

Updated by Neenu sara I have restarted my mobile and tried to change the sim slot too. I have read that there are many customers having the same issue. This is my only sim which I am using for past 7 to 8 years. I have raised a complaint with airtel but no response as of now
