Hello I had recharged my airtel mobile number with inr 99 (smart pack) with 28 days validity.
The first transaction was failed so since it’s failed and I am in urgent situation I recharged again with same pack inr 99 but after 1 hour the failed first transaction was processed. Once the transaction is failed, processing it after an hour doesn’t make sense.
In case o[censored]nlimited packs which is recharged twice the second recharge will activate after the completion of first why this is not applicable for smart recharge.
This is a dead investment.
I contacted airtel for refund/to credit that to talk time at least as it doesn't make sense to use both same packs by paying double the price.
Now they were not ready to refund.
Very much disappointed by Airtel.
Kindly look into this at the earliest and i am ready to provide you all the transaction details as i want to find a solution for this by having the money refunded.
