Airtel — airtel telecommunications unauthorized charges

Charges for various offers are being deducted from my phone, without my permission. Charges are automatically being deducted from main balance. Are you guys a bunch of thieves. The offers for which the money was deducted were superstore and chilloffers. The money was deducted for for two different times. How can the service provider charge money on its own. The company needs to refund this money.
