[Resolved] Airtel — airtel-unable to recharge my airtel prepaid number | |
I am facing issue my mobile number [protected] during recharge. I have ported from bsnl (Andhra pradesh circle) to airtel (Chennai circle). Iinitially i am able to recharge online but from last two weeks i am facing this issue. Earlier i was able to recharge my number. 1. Unable to recharge from airtel wallet. Message that i get is ‘invalid mobile number, please enter valid mobile number’. It is working fine with other airtel number. 2. Unable to recharge for internet, paytm and other modes. It give message unsuccessful transaction. This is happening only with my mobile number ([protected]), it is working fine with other airtel number. 3. I tried with other person asking him to recharge my number but it fails. Finally i unable to recharge my mobile number. I have contacted customer care nearly 8 times, and visited airtel retail branch and even emailed but still my problem is not resolved since 2 weeks. Kindly resolve at the earliest.
