[Resolved]  Airtel — Airtel unlimited local+std calls with 1 gb internet per day for 28 days

I had opted for a higher plan (Rs. 349) which include unlimited loca+std calls + 28gb data (1gb per day) on 4g sim on 27th june on my airtel mobile no. [protected]. However my network shows only 2g instead of showing 3g or 4g and my net is very slow where as i am using iphone 5 4g handset. Since my recharge of rs. 349 i am having this problem…. On repeated and repeated, i am trying to contact your call centre or airtel representative to solve this problem but your customer care call centre is out of running. Meanwhile, i feel that i am being charged for a higher plan while airtel is providing nil service. Airtel is cheating me and stealing from me from the beginning. And not only that, as airtel has failed in its obligation to provide the service i am paying for, it has affected my work and has caused me emotional distress, and the airtel customer care is apathetic and non-responsive. Considering the aforesaid fact, i expect airtel to resolve my issue as soon as possible, and also redressal for the trauma and loss already caused to me. Otherwise i am compel to port my number to other service provider.
