Airtel — airtel - wrong deduction of rs. 20 for bhakti sagar portrait and another rs. 20 on primetime

Airtel — wrong deduction of rs.20 for bhakti sagar portrait

On oct. 13th received a sms that 20₹ deducted from my airtel mobile a/c. [protected]
On oct. 26th received a sms that rs. 20 deducted from my airtel a/c.

Balance deducted without my permission, i dont know whether both services of bhaktisagar portrait and primetime has been started on my airtel no or not. Without any request and deducted rs.20 from my account balance. Please stop service and return my balance as i have not requested for this service.
