Airtel — Airtel Xstream Dish Cancellation of Connection | |
Hi, This is regarding the new connection applied for. The DTH customer ID number is [protected] . and DTH order number is 53403539. Due to some reason connection could not be established at my home. So, I requested Airtel Xstream Dish to please cancel the connection and refund the amount paid by debit card to my concerned account. Please note that the DTH is not installed/activated. The details are included: Regards, Name: Akshay Arvindrao Dahale Addres: Sarang J504, Nanded City, Pune 411041 The DTH customer ID number is [protected]. The transaction Id is[protected]. Communication with customer care is done on 09/Oct/2020 but has not get any acknowledgement from them regarding the disconnection and refund. Customer service is also very poor.
