[Resolved] Airtel — All channels not coming error b001 for two months many times

Hi sir,

I am facing all channels not coming suddenly issue since two months still its resolved after calling many times service engineers are worst they are providing wrong resolution like changing set top box and reciever .

Airtel dth is cheating custumers

We have to prvide them 150 rs even though problem is not from our end

If not resolved planning to shift to tvtv sky
