Airtel — amount debited from bank account but payment failed | |
Dear airtel team, Today morning i made payment of rs.1768 from kotak bank car to airtel to initiate my new broadband connection but i after debiting the amount from my bank side payment got failed. Please guide me through the future process. As i made call to the concern executive for broadband they said to wait but again i got a message to proceed with payment for xstrem fiber net please help me with this.
