Airtel — amount deducted but recharge not made | |||
I have done recharge of RS 399 through airtel app. On 15 th of Feb 2020 for my prepaid mobile, the amount was deducted from my account but recharge not successful I have had called the customer care service number 198 I was told that that I will see it and it might take 7-8 days to resolve the issue. But I did not get any receipt for it. Was this information helpful? | |||
