Airtel — amount deduction via airtel app | |||
Dear sir, I have recharged through airtel app for rupees 499 (50 rupees discount). After processing and amount deduction they informed me via sms that this pack is not valid. How stupid this is? They haven't updated their app. For that reason, why we customers should suffer horribly. I have contacted outlet near madurai bypass road kalavasal, they are very cool in saying that the amount will be credited within 10 days. Sir. Aaj morning se hi mere network m problem aa rahi h. Kisi ko bhi call nahi kr pa raha hu. Jab bhi kisi ko call krta hu to Network registration error aa raha h. Only emergency call dikha raha h. Data bhi use nahi ho raha h.
