Airtel — Awful Customer Service

I had recharged my sim the previous month with a pack of 3gb data and 28 days validity. After few days it came to my notice that my services had ended and after inquiring with Google pay support, apparently airtel didn't only recharged the 3gb and not the 28 days validity. For the past few days I have been trying to contact their customer support in every way possible, the app just sends me to their site with literally no help. The customer service number is 50% just advertisement and call immediately ends when I try contacting their executive. My mother uses vodafone and have way better customer service. Airtel is just simply awful.
