Previously I had applied for cancellation of connection([protected]) because I am moving abroad for 3 months, but I got a call from customer care officer that they will provide me 3 months rental free and also my chip is lost , so airtel
will provide me new chip free of cost .
In that case I was agreed and happy to continue with the number, but till now I didn’t get any confirmation mail from airtel
In response of this mail, I have got call from Mr. Subodh from the Airtel
Retention team Mumbai
He told me that collect a chip from the following address

When I went there I talked with MR. Nilesh and without checking the database he told me that we didn’t get any mail or note to provide you the chip. I had told him please check the database first and then tell me know, but he told me that the systems are down, when the system are actually not down.
Is this is the facility Airtel
is providing to there customer, when we want new connection in that time these people will come at our home and provide connection to us
And now when I want to continue the connection because they are providing me the chip and 3 months rental free(As I am moving abroad for 3 month) Airtel
people are not cooperating ,if this is the case I don’t have any issue I don’t want to continue with that number.
