Broadband cancelltion,But Not remving from past 2 Months

I have given for Broadband Cancellation ON 2nd april 2012,but from
Airtel end just they closed by request without my confirmation,evry day from
airtel guys calling only for payment ,i have told untill they remove my connection,i will not pay Beacuse I have taken connection on 2008,Still now i have utilized & payed my billing amount with out any issues,
Now From past 2 months i given for cancellation,But from
Air tel guys closing my request . Even on last week on[protected] i call for CC Request NO16022694 & it has closed with out my confirmation Again on 25 april 2012 request NO 1629338.But CC Guys are telling that request will be taken on 29 or 30th may 2012,when every i called CC same answers from cc & for new request to call 5days will take & again it will closed
Airtel guys with out customer confirmation.

Every day for Payment i am receiving phone Call<i told them same thing Untill they remove my connection i cannot Pay,Because with Using internet why i want to pay.
