It's been advertised in the Kachchh district of Gujarat, by Airtel cellular company that i[censored]sers from Reliance or Uninor moves to airtel using mobile portability, they will be given with a special scheme of call rate, that's all India for 0.25/Per Minute. So I decided to follow the special scheme. Now when, one month is over Airtel has stopped providing promised call rate. Now if customer wants to take advantage of that scheme, they are suppose to pay 30.00Rs. per month. It's a purely chiting. Please help me on this.

I was using Reliance GSM ***** 05354 and moved to Airtel as conditions applied.

    Often i get message regarding online dating 4 to 5 times a day....please solve it.
    I am getting unwanted messages from this number 55381 and i have been charged for this. I need to unsubscribe from this.
    a message coming from this phone no-[protected] which distrubs my daughters so help us
    airtel making money from my mobile...when complaint given to airtel (unwanted message) htey are honestly reply given there no service activated. and also still now daily 30 to 50 mesages from Sycrkt.every day busy life they are making calls two times that is i forgived.but these unwanted messages is irritate me. and when complain g also they giving reply . i can not accept itt.so continously sending of these type mesages, they are making some amount of money. so i am the receving person. i am only person to get the money, because my mobile is connected this way.so please kindly divert the money from airtel to my account directly.

      after 8 months of porting my sim (from reliance to airtel).airtel has blocked my sim.and giving an excuse of that you didn't port your sim in airtel you are a reliance user.don't port your sim in airtel they have no good facility for mobile number portability..

      I took an AIRTEL Liftime prepaid connection 2 Months ago, with proper document.It was working properly.After one month I got a message from AIRTEL to resubmit my documents. In between they blocked my incoming and outgoing. I submit the documents on May 31, 2008 at airtel vashi service center.They assured me that my number will be start working within one hour.But when after one week it did not started, I once again went to service centre. This time I faced their misbehavior. They did nothing of my complain and simply said that my registration has been cancelled.They did not give any reason for that.

      I am residing at nashik and I am using the airtel SIM with number [protected] for the last nine months and I have submitted all the documnets as asked by the airtel office at the time of subscription. After nine months they disconnected my SIM without any information to me and on enquirring i was told that I need to submit all of my documents again.They should have asked me to submit my documents, I would have done , but wihtout any prior information they have disqualified the SIM.

      I bought a Air Tel PrePaid Mobile SIM (SIM No[protected]) on Jan 27, 2010 and Mobile Number [protected] for My Mothe on her name.
      The Details form with Serial No 1709930 was filled and relivent identity proof was given to the dealer.
      It was recharged with a amount of 250 INR.

      After few days the SIM card was blocked stating that the Identity proof given does not match when Teleconfirmed with their records. Dispite calling the Dealer and the Call Center nothing happened and finally the SIM was Inactivated.

      They say that the balance and the mony spend is ceased and u have to buy a new one.

      Kindly take up the matter with the concerned authorities

      I m Shiv Kumar Jha & I have a prepaid Air tel no ([protected]) since Mar 2009. I have already re-submitted all the required documents at Saak Communication, SCO 279, opposite Nirman Theater, Sector 32 on 09 Oct 10 along with a form provided by the concerned and that application QL no is 21468259. I have been using this Sim for more then a year. At the time of connection also i have submitted the same documents. I do not understand that what is the need for re-submission of documents every year and secondly despite submitting all the required documents why my Sim has been blocked today (24 Oct 10).

      I/m using airtel sim from past 2 years bearing number [protected], and on saturday i.e[protected] i call to a number at around 1:00 pm and after that four hours and i seen my mobile as to insert the sim. So i went to the dealer in my town Nidadavole Suguna enterprises, they were saying that sim was blocked and it takes 4 days and they will be charged RS 150/- for that.
      I think it was not my fault and not only that at other places they were charging Rs 25/- for sim replacement..
      So i'm thinking for MNP(Mobile Number Portability) so that they offer me more offers than you..

      I have taken the corporate Airtel connection ([protected]) through the airtel rep that sits at our office. Post taking the connection I have moved to a new address and the address in the CAF and where I currently am is different. I have informed this fact to airtel verification agent/airtel rep and through call center and have requested for re verification but instead of re verification my connection has been barred from both incoming and outgoing 2 times. Now I am being said that this number cannot be activated again and I will have to take a new number which I do not want.

      I have been using no: [protected]. And one fine day it was been blocked.
      When I contact the Airtel outlet they said the SIM was blocked since it is being used only for Internet purpose. I don't know why Airtel has to block the SIM which is only being used for Internet data usage. But to get the same SIM to be activated I went to priyavision the airtel outlet and submit my photo and required document, after 10days when I met the outlet again they asked me to submit the photo and document once again so that the SIM will be activated. I do the same. Now again the same priyavision is asking me to submit the documents for the third time. I refused to submit the documents for the 3rd time and they simple told we can do anything. So finally i want to know why my SIM has to be blocked without intimation and why there is a need to submit my documents repeatedly within a span of days. The address of the airtel outlet is

        I purchased Airtel Digital TV some time ago. Since this is ramzan month, we wanted to see the religious programs that are being telecasted in Peace TV. But I notice that the Airtel Digital TV does not have the Peace TV.

        I would urge the Airtel to please provide Peace TV as we are a big fan of that.

          I am holder of airtel DTH, my customer ID is [protected]. I applied for change of my registered mobile number from [protected] to [protected] as per their SMS, the number was indeed changed but instead of [protected] a unknown number [protected] was registered. I contacted customer care in this regard and they as usual said it will be done but nothing is done till date I also called on the dealer through which connection was taken, he also said that problem is solved but still my number is shown as[protected] in account information, as a result of this I can not use SMS for any type of inquiry. I applied for this change only because I thought airtel number will be better than BSNL number for this purpose, now I regret my decision.
          Will these airtel people listen ? by only saying yes sir yes sir on customer service does not solve problems, some practical work also needs to be done.

              It is very shameful on the part of AIRTEL TO PROVIDE POOR SERVICES AND HAVE NO VALUE FOR THE CUSTOMERS.

              Till date the set top box is not replaced although when the complaint was given it was in the warranty period. Inspite of putting up the complaints on their customer care they refuse and say that they havew not recieved any complaints , The most liars executives are sitting and are not at all concerned about the customer.

              I got a call today ie on 18th Aug 2011 from the no:[protected]asking for the reason for the complaint which I had put on the net. Everything was briefed and was told he will let me know after confirming the facts.

              In the afternnoon I get a SMS stating that the complaint is resolved and now the is no complaint from our side pending.

              It is very pthatic and ridiculous that without solving the issue these stupids have closed the topic from their side.

              My STB is non functional and in my account I have Rs 91.00 balance. They are nor even refunding the amount.

              Please it is a kind request to all other customers DO NOT EVER GO FOR AIRTEL DTH CABLE THEY ARE CHEATS . EVEN IF YOU GET A FREE CONNECTION DO NOT INSTALL.

              Their srvices and the quality is poorer than any other and the customer care people are very rude and do not even have any proper knowledge .
              I agree with Anita. Even I am facing the same problem with my Airtel HD STB which I got last year in November with our Samsung LED TV. We are facing problems since last 3-4 months and have logged complaints with Airtel customer care many times. Most of the customer care people do not know much and most of the times there are issues with the call quality in terms of audibility (Ironically I have an Airtel connection for my phone). After many complaints, one person visited us and told us they are getting many complaints regarding the HD STB and the only solution is to replace the STB with another one. The one which he brought in his second visit seemed to be old one and we refused to get it replaced. When we contacted Delhi customer care executive, he told that is the only solution and he will try to arrange for a newer box but that never happened. He also told since Airtel is not the manufacturer, they can not fix it themselves.We are fed up with this and just paying money for the cable but not able to enjoy it since we have signal issues always. One of my friend also had similar problem when their HD box started giving problems after 2-3 months of purchase. I initially thought very good of Airtel in terms of quality, and customer service and am using Airtel's services for phone, internet and cable but now I am thinking of changing my service provider.

The audio is not working in HDMI while it works in AV out.. now when i called customer care support they said they would charge Rs.100 for visit and Rs.250 to rectify the problem. will airtel charge for a visit to a NEW customer. when i applied for airtel he visited more than 3 times during installation. and how dare airtel charge a customer for silly things. the damn set top box is provide by airtel, which is probably under standard manufactured in china. Airtel offers worst after sales service.. Am sure ill go for tata sky+ within next few months..

                  Mostly,I use this number in roaming but do not make call. Just to receive call from my family members.
                  But from last 2 months , whenever I am recharging this number then with in 1-2 days - Airtel deducting fee of any kind of service which I really do not activate.
                  Getting many sms daily - from 56464 and AH-543216, -really dont remember all.
                  Whenever I ask to customer care then they said - I activated this service which is not TRUE>
                  After that- I give complaints many times to CC, to De-activate all services. But this game again starts after 1-2 week.

                  I loss of 200Rs. finally.
                  They Did not refund me anything, All money is going in a bucket which I dont know really.
                  I always try to complaint on 121 delhi number then - CC said- We can not resolve your problem because its your Haryana's number. GO to Haryana and then call.
                  How I can go weekly to Haryana , to left my job and to resolve this stupid problem with me.

                  PLease I requested to AIRTEL Bharti - DE-Activate everything from my mobile no- [protected].
                  ANd please DO not deduct any money from this number.

                  Even many times- in delhi - its not recharging.

                    I owe a Airtel Cell phone connection number: [protected] since 2004. From the past 5 days suddenly I started receiving Comedy Jokes sms on my number. For initially first 2 days I didn’t realize because everytime at the end sms there was a statement saying “For comedy zone Dial 50101”. This note interpreted that it a just a information sms and if I want to continue this service so I should Dial 50101 and subscribe for this service. But however, it was not the case. Finally today I called Customer care service, even though nowadays there is a charge of 50 paisa per 3 minutes I insisted on talking to customer service representative and resolve the issue. My first call gone waste as there was no voice from other end so there was a direct deduction of 50 paisa. My second call passed through and my call attended by their executive’ JANVI’. She was a real freak, didn’t have any manners to speak with client. As if customers are her SLAVES. She was not ready to understand the issue and insisting on saying that I have requested for activation of this service. It was a icing on a cake when I came to know that apart for this value added service there is another service of Nightlife which is activated since June 20, 2011. Everyday there is a deduction of re.1 for each services (Rs.2 on daily basis). Overall my total deductions are from Nightlife pack Rs 57 (June 20, 2011 – Till date (August 18, 2011) and Comedy Jokes Rs. 8 (August 11, 2011 – August 18, 2011) = 57+8 = Rs. 65/-. After the deduction of Rs. 65/- she (Janvi) is replying that they revert only rs. 6 i.e.., of past 72 hours only. So I insisted to speak with her senior ‘Ankita’ and she replied the same and she was not ready to understand the problem. I am really upset with the quality of service provided to me by the company.

                    Please take necessary action and make me return my sum. Please realize such customer executives who make fun of customers.

                      I subscribed for airtel broad band connection on 26/07/2011 , The application form no is SEF No. CH 1221188. I paid an amount of 1000/- towards getting connection on the same date. The cheque also got cleared. The connection was not given even after 5weeks .so I spoke to customer care daily ( Archana, Navin, Dhanjaya ) and also Manager ( Rajiv ) they told problem will be solved with in 2days. I have been hearing this two days for 4 weeks.



                      A guy ( Yuvaraj [protected] ) came at our door took the documents ( PAN card photo copy and Ration Card Copy ) on[protected] and took Rs.1000/- Cheque. He assured to get connection by 4-7 working days. I contacted him for more than 50 times finally pickup the call and said contact customer care only. Not the Sales Team.



                      I have been keep calling Customer care for more than 3 to 5 times day, Some people will pickup the call and simply put me hold and hung up. Some people wont even say the anything simply disconnect the call, Even superviosor spoke to me and put me on hold to check the records and even he hung up ( Rajiv Chennai).. no courtesy to call back also WORSET , AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE TEAM. these guyz fit for nothing.



                      I had lodged compliant with the customer service to look in to the matter. However, i regret to say that the customer service was absolutely of no use





                      Kindly do the need full or please kindly guide me how to take action against them for not providing proper support.

                          My mobile of AIRTEL SIM does not allow any Incoming call, if it is not in use for 2 to 3 hours i.e. if there is no outgoing activities like o/g call or sms etc for 2-3 hrs, the caller receive a false msg that the mobile is in switched off condition even though my mobile is in switched on condition.This is happening even after inserting the SIM in different makes of mobile set.First I contacted customer care and they lodged a complaint vide ref COGCI[protected] date July18, 2011.On July 20, it was intimated that the problem had been resolved, however the problem was persisting.Then I made communications with Bharati AIRTEL Nodal officer through e-mails, phone calls etc till July27. Since there was no improvement hence I communicated Appellate Officer of Bharati AIRTEL and he confirmed that the problem would be resolved by August17.However, till today the problem is persisiting and no communication has been received from him.Now I am feeling helpless since I donot know to whom should I contact when Appellate Officer also failed to address the problem.As per TRAI website I could not find any contact to communicate, in case Appellate Officer also declined to solve the problem.Kindly guide.                             This is w.r.t our Corporate Connection which was taken on 14.06.11. The number allotted to us was[protected]. THe connection was taken through Mr. Kapil Nankani MObile NO. [protected]. Mr. Nankani was handed over Rs. 4000 in cash for the Instrument Charges and he
                            mentioned on the CEF No. 2768404 where payment details are mentioned as Rs. 4000 with CEF.


                            However once I have received the bill then to my astonishment i have seen that rs. 4000 has been levied as other
                            charges. For the same we have tried to contact Mr. Kapil Nankani, however he has constantly avoided taking our call and has not reverted. We had earlier also made a complaint at your Noida Sector 59 address, however our query was not resolved. We have again made another complaint for which reference no given was 2392772. The CEF clearly mentions that Rs. 4000 has been paid alongwith the CEF.


                            He has earlier also tried to mislead us by selling multiple individual connections in the name of our director Mrs. Sweta Priyadershi. connections sold earlier were 4116767, 4116969. The same was done seemingly because he looks after Individual connection and not corporate connection.

                            What is really bad is his behavious in not picking up the calls and misleading us constantly.


                            Request you to kindly investigate the same and take strong action against the individual concerned. If no action is taken then
                            we shall be forced to file an FIR. awaiting your quick revert,

                              Hello Sir,

                              I am currently using Airtel Network and recently they offered for me Airtel to Airtel 10 paise and other networks 30 paise. On August 15, 2011 I have recharged for Rs. 50 and my plan changed without any prior information from Airtel and I have charged for 30 paise for all networks. I contacted customer service regarding the same and one of the Agent escalated to supervisor named Mr. Ganesh and not resolved my issue and provided Nodal office number and I spoke with one of the officer and never replied proper resolution and not taking care about the issue. And also they said you will get full talk time for Rs. 50 but still not yet received the same and the complaint number is CBNRA[protected]. I never received any prior notice regarding the plan changes. I kindly request you to contact the Airtel networks and resolve my problem to save my monies.

                              I hope you will do the best to get my same existing plan.

                              Airtel — unwanted plans

                              Dear sir,

                              My father (62 years) uses a AIRTEL GSM*** [protected]*** service, as usual as like many others he just know how to lifta call nothing more than that.

                              but Unfortunately his mobile is getting deducted with some charge everyday by the service provider, when i made a call to the customer care, i have come to know that the news packs are activated on the mobile,

                              This is not the first time such things happen, but when ever we make a call to customer care, they say the plan is activated when their promotional calls were lifted by us, but this is highly irritating thing, when we want ot activate the Donot disturb service, they say it gets activated in 45 days.

                              i request You to make some crucial action on TRAI on providing the services only when a user sends a message or he/she goes and recharges for that particular pack

                              It's even worse to inform you that I have been charged Rs.1 for all calls. Also, I did not receive any callback from you guys. I need this issue to be resolved ASAP in order for me to go ahead and approach other sources to resolve this issue. If this is not resolved soon, it may leads to sue you guys from Consumer Court. Hope you do not give such bulls...ts. Kindly resolve it ASAP.

                                I recently came across an incidence of phone abuse/harassment concerning Airtel employee/vendor and want to share the experience concerning breach of code of conduct by there employee/vendor.I lived in bangalore from start of 2009 to mid 2010 and used Airtel postpaid number [protected] (Paid 500 as security) but as my work required I had shifted back to delhi,I remember making my final bill payment but can't confirm if I had settled the account for this mobile number.

                                After 13 month,I get a call from [protected] and found a lady , Jenny, who claims to be an Airtel banerghatta office employee,on the other end and she apprised me that I have 2100INR balance for above mentioned Mobile Number and need to pay this amount immediately .I asked for the breakup or details for the charges and she denied stating that they can't produce bill or breakup chanrges for any bill older than 6 months therefore I can not verify the charges as well as I tried calling customer care and found that there are no details for this number in system.After first call,I gave Jenny my emailId requesting her to send details that I need to make payment on Airtel behalf ,so that I can verify she is making correct claims,which she also agreed to

                                .But everything changed when I received call while going to my office yesterday,She called and in strong words asked me to make payment and when i asked if she had sent the mail on airtel behalf she started abusing me stating that If I didn't make the payment by EOD yesterday, she will pick the number from my caller list (number I called and people who called me) and will send a message that I am a cheat and have defaulted on my payment.When I asked to handover the call to her superior she greeted me with further abuse and at one point compare me with people who left their wife after one year etc and abuse continued with such taunts.I asked her following question but didn't get any direction/answer for them

                                1) Why airtel hadn't contacted me in last 13 months even once if any payment was pending? I have nmot changed my email-id which was registered for above number.
                                2)What will happen to my security amount ?
                                3) If I made the payment how I will get the final closure on this so I don't have to come cross such incidence again.

                                I can't believe that Airtel can stoop to such low and they have breached their own code of conduct ,mentioned on their own website and want to remind that in case if the lady take any action as mentioned by her, this is a clear case of breach of confidentiality and image tarnishing by Airtel.

                                I have been using airtel services for more than 7 years and have not faced such a terryfying incident before though i know i might not have settled my account before leaving bangalore in hurry
                                but I am not the only culprit as company failed to contact me via e-mail/phone in last 13 months.

                                I am ready to pay all my dues but need details and proper closure and Only one request "STOP Harassing".

                                Hope to get a quick response from your side or provide me with contact details of a person who can guide me.

                                  Sir i'v purchased airtel digi tv in 2009,now my remote is not working properly due to which we r unable to watch any of the channels,i've registerd complaint at airtel digital tv customer care on[protected] and they have given me complaint.no.10645744 happy code as 179 service engineer cell.no[protected] price of remote Rs.150+100 (service charge if deliverd to home )and asked me to wait for 48 hrs.After that i called service engineer but he refused for home delivery and asked me to come to their office and i went to their office but to my surprise he charged Rs.350 for the remote and said Rs.150 remote what airtel customer care executive are saying is of china made and it will nt work properly and i refused to take and registered complaint against him @ airtel service .Since then 15 days have passed neither action is taken against him nor i received the remote though i regulery called to customer care and everytime they sms me with different complaint.no 10645744 dt 3-8-2011, 10744110 dt 6-8-2011 ,10780643 dt 9-8-2011 ,10910523 dt[protected] , 10943676 dt[protected] , 11003671 dt[protected] .It seems airtel people are nt at all interested in delivering me a remote ,they simply sms us and make fun o[censored]s, no one is serious in resolving my problem @ airtel digi tv as i'v talked with almost all top service people.The local dealer here said Rs.200 extra what he is asking is bribe and in which Rs.100 will go to the company indirectly,iam really really shocked to hear and informed this to customer care .NOW AFTER 15 DAYS IAM REALISING THAT WHAT LOCAL DEALER IS SAID SEEMS TO BE RIGHT AS AIRTEL PEOPLE ARE DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING..KINDLY HELP ME IN THIS REGARD

                                      This is to bring to your notice that attached bill is still showing an amount of INR 1537 as due for last month. I had also called up on the customer care but seems like they were least bothered to fix my concern.

                                      To give you an overview, my Airtel IPTV connection was not working for the entire month of June for which I have 11 different ticket numbers (mentioned below).

                                      436922 - On May 30th
                                      [protected] On June 04th
                                      [protected] On June 05th
                                      [protected] On June 14th
                                      [protected] On June 17th (This is call reference number, as ticket number was not provided by the agent)
                                      [protected] June 18th
                                      [protected] June 20th
                                      [protected] June 21st
                                      [protected] June 22nd
                                      [protected] June 26th
                                      [protected] June 30th

                                      Finally issue was fixed on July 05th. During entire month of June, I was harashed by numerous phone calls stating again and again that my issue will be fixed (since I also work in a call center and sleep during day time),attending those calls was no less than a night mare for me.

                                      I also got a confirmation call after July 05th from Airtel executive to check if my connection was working fine and since I somehow knew that next thing coming my way is the monthly bill, I did asked that exective to ensure that I am not charged for the duration my connection was not working & he assured me the same.

                                      Now, from last 10 days I am getting call from Airtel on daily basis asking why I have not deposited the amount and everytime I have to tell them the complete story. This is again no less than harrsment as they don't even look at the history of customer before calling and all they are concerned about is damn bill. Is that how AIRTEL takes care of their customers??

                                      Atlast, today (August 17th) I decided to walk upto Airtel store in hope of a solution, irony of my life... system was not working there. Lady executive over there noted my concern and all details (including above mentioned ticket numbers) and ensure me that she will call back in next 1 hour and that never happened. Since, I am in need... I again went to the Airtel Store (almost after 3 Hours) and by that time Lady executive had already left. Another Person Anil Verma assured me a call back tomorrow, lets see what happens next........

                                      Meanwhile, I just thought I should write to all airtel departements in hope that someone will read this email and will help me.

                                      Thanks for acknowledging my concern, however just wanted to inform you that... I have still not received any update from the Airtel Store (Sahara Mall, Gurgaon) I visited yesterday. I called Anil twice and did send him an SMS... still no update.

                                      Please help me get the waiver for period my connection was not working & meanwhile if you can get my connection started again as it has stopped working from last two days (seems like disconnected). Due to unavailability of Broadband, I am unable to check my official emails which are in turn hampering my work.

                                      Rakesh - Is anyone really looking into my billing concern? As mentioned in my complaint above, I walked up to Airtel Store assuming that they will have some extra privileges but seems like their situation is even worse than a call center executive. Till Date I have not received any concrete answer from them.

                                      Secondly, a new harassment has started from Airtel... I am getting calls from unknown numbers and they are asking if we can come to collect bill. A person by name Sharaft called me this morning (# [protected]) and asked me if he can come to collect the bill and was rude, I again got a call around 3.30 PM from number [protected] and same story.

                                      If this is how Airtel wants to treat their customer, than I think the only Option I am left with is to file a harassment & incorrect billing case in consumer court against Airtel Service.

                                      This is my worst experience with Airtel till date.

So until I get to know the revised amount I need to pay... This concern will remain unresolved for me. Lady who called me did not gave any surety and herself was very confused. Is that what you term as resolved???

                                      Here I come again after 8 months with the same issue.

                                      My IPTV (land line number[protected] has stopped working again. To bring to your notice, I raised a ticket[protected] on 18th Feb 2012 and finally a engineer (Rakesh) visited my place yesterday on 22nd Feb. I was told that a new connection has been allotted to someone else and line port where my connection was patched has been given to him now, due to which my connection has stopped working. I wonder how a company can do this, is that how you treat your old customers (I have this IPTV connection for almost 1.5 years now)?

                                      Anyhow, I was assured that my connection will be fixed from the back end. No one bothered to provide an update and finally I decided to call Rakesh who visited my place & I was told that connection cannot be fixed and you get the IPTV connection closed permanently. I was shocked to hear the response from his side.

                                      I then decided to call customer care to report this issue (spoken to Priyanka) and no wonder I got to hear a different story. My Ticket 11854036 was closed with a status that there is a problem with the electrical line. What kind of crap is this? Rakesh, who did not even bother to visit inside my house made conclusion on his own that there is a electrical fault? What the hell electrical fault has to do with the Airtel IPTV connection when my TV, Modem, Setup BOX are functional and well attached to the electric board. Since that ticket was closed, I am not allotted a new ticket number 12070196.

                                      Airtel Team, pleaseeeeeee... I have seen this in past and DO NOT wish to go through this all again. I had faced a similar issue about 8 months back, my IPTV was not working for more than a month and I was charged for the entire duration my connection was down (now thats a smart way to earn money, provide connection which does not work and than continue charging to the customer).

                                      I want some responsible person to look into my issue and get it fixed at the earliest.

                                        I have a broadband connection. Earlier my plan was Impatience plan with 4Mbps and 50 GB download limit FUP. Then I requested it to be upgraded to Turbo 150 GB download limit FUP and they said they did that. That was 2 months back.

                                        Today I got a mail from Airtel saying my 25 GB quota is over and for the rest of the billing cycle my speed will go down to 256kbps.

                                        Are these freaking retards kidding me? My plan is 150 GB not 25 GB. I asked them to UPGRADE to 150 GB and those bloody DOWNGRADED it to 25 GB.

                                        I have been trying to call the customer care for past 1 hour. Each time it takes 5 minutes to get through to one of those so called customer care executives and then they put me on hold while they pull up some data and it gets disconnected every time. Can you believe them? Each time they put me on hold - bam - I lose connection. Airtel is starting to suck donkey balls.

                                        Does anyone know how's other broadband services in Bangalore? How is this Tikona broadband? They used to call me up daily and I chose Airtel over them but now I see I might have made the wrong choice.
