Dear Sir,
I am staying in Ranchi, Jharkhand and my Phone No. is [protected], 1 month back my phone no. is blocked and when trying to make calls, a no. appeared on the screen to contact for the sollution. We tryed a 100 times, but didn't get any response.

When I went to the Airtel Office in Ranchi, the staff said that your no. is blocked because some information in the format was not proper or incomplete, didn't tell what information. The phone had more than 300/- Rs. balance. Your Staff is telling that nothing can be done.

Means I have lost my No. and Rs. 300/- +, Is this the service you give?

Do you have any sollution, or your company is like this only?

Motorola L6 — phone blocked

dear all,

I have got Z6 set recently it was blocked due to imei problem for three days some how it aws sloved agiain it was blocked i dont known reason FOR purchaseing motorola i am seriously suffering i want my set to be replaced or money back so that ican go for other reputed brand cellphone. I Request every body please dont go for MOTOROLAPHONES .

Before two month i was using mobile no [protected].every two month i will change other states
last month i have Rs.87 balance, (recharge -Rs 110)after two did not use above the number, but now Rs -7 i con not call custmer car, i want ferther use the same number.
what reason for duction.

    Airtel landline phone — not getting monthly bill

    i am abdul maajeeth..my land line number is [protected]..i am not getting the monthly landline bill...my last date is 17th ...last month bill i didnt get still now...same think happened last month also...i have given complaint last month ...no response from ur side...pls kindly take action about this issue...

      Sirs,
      I received the Airtel mobile connection no [protected] on 27/04/08. with Inteternational roaming facility which was functional from 30 /04/08 . The deposit of 5500 was also paid .

      Since this did not serve the purpose for communication while on travel on 30/04/08 I surrendered the same on 9/05/08 to the local service outlet in Vidyaranyapura in Bangalore from whom the sim was bought.. They did not give any acknowledgement for the same . Another letter was issued by me on 10 th May on same request .
      The service outlat promise that the telehone has been discontinued andrefund will be returned after 45 days .
      I received a bill sometime in the month of May and it was paid though thew telephone was presumed to be deactivated .
      While i was awiting the depost back I received another bill on 12 th June though i do not know what for this bill is sent .
      I contacted the outlet to seek clarification and response was totaly irresponsible with no tangible outcome .
      I consider this as a totally callous attitude on the part of the compant .
      This may please be looked into . I look forward to deactivate my SIM from 9 th of May as requested by me, withdraw the bill for June 08 which was charged to me for no fault of mine as a customer, return the depost of Rs 5500 back to me at the earliest .
      I also expect a communication from the company for having registered this complaint and invastigate why such service outlets are allowed to function like this . Thanking you .

        I am user of Airtel Cellular Service, no being - [protected]. I use two nos. Extensively use the reliance & Airtel is mostly used for incoming so there is hardly any usage.
        My balance was reduced from Rs 130-140 to 23 paise for absolutely no reason in the month of Feb (2008). This event took place between 20th - 25th Feb.
        1. On 29th of feb itself I visited the local authorized Airtel outlet & they asked me to come the next day.
        2. On being there the next day (1st of March) I learnt there was no electricity. So I was again asked to come later.
        3. 3rd of March – The most common excuse – “System is slow”. So I left my number in the complaint register & ask them to get back to me when they have time!
        4. 9th of March I get a call from the local office of Airtel informing me that I had used my no which explains the reduction in balance. On asking them the reason they said “it is not being reflected in the system!” Then how the hell on this earth do you know that I have used my no! I enforced the question firmly to them again “May I know the reason for the reduction in my balance?” & they said they would call me in 15 mins. It has been 3 months those 15 mins haven’t arrived!
        5. During the same period I was making calls to register my complaint on the 121 (customer care). Airtel has put a limitation on the no of calls that would answered by an Airtel executive (I guess it is 25 calls/month). My whole 25 calls got exhausted but I didn’t get an reply from them.
        6. They have started THIS called “query by sms” where you have to mention your problem via a sms! WTF! Again my question remained unanswered.
        7. In the month of April I had lodged approximately 8 complaints. All executives told me that my problem would be solved in 48 hrs but those 48 hrs never came in the same month.
        8. Now this was getting on my nerves so I really started to press the issue. THE AIRTEL CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORSE THAN THE WORST THIRD GRADE LEVEL CUSTOMER SERVICE OF AN ORDINARY C-CLASS CO! Not only they lack responsibility & commitment but they are utterly shameless & manner less. On many occasions they asked to wait for 30 seconds & didn’t reply till 15 minutes. But I had nerves of steel & decided no matter what I want an answer! So used to switch the phone to speakerphone mode & continue my work. These customer care executives used to check every 3-4 minutes hoping that I disconnected but I didn’t & in the end they are shameless enough to cut the call. This happened 5-6 times. They also fooled me by saying they are transferring the call to higher authority, the call never got transferred to any person but IVR! In the month of MAY I had made roughly 10 complaints, complaint Nos being:

        i. [protected] – I was told. Mistake from their end Amount would be credited to my account in 48 hrs.

        ii. [protected] – On calling after 4 days I was told. Mistake from their end Amount would be credited to my account in 48 hrs.

        iii. [protected] – On calling after 3 days I was told. Mistake from their end Amount would be credited to my account in 48 hrs.

        iv. [protected] – After a couple of days again the same story.

        v. [protected] – Same old story of 48 hrs.

        840 hrs passed but I didn’t receive the credit.

        vi. [protected] – If you notice this complaint no is a digit shorter. So I asked them the reason. They told me it is short because it was being forwarded by a higher authority (At least by someone above the executives who receive the customer calls)

        The executives whom I spoke to were Mr Balaji, Naamnath, Satish, Ruksan & Raj Kohli (last 5 calls, 1st I didn’t record).

        This time I was sure my problem would be solved. And could you guess what answer did I receive? Everything has been deleted from the system because they maintain records only of the last 3 months & they suggested me that I should have lodged a complaint earlier! They are frauds. Bloody Rascals. Shameless [censored]s on this earth. Airtel is fraudulent company. I am not making stories but speaking the facts. I have mentioned my no above. Also mentioned are the complaint nos. All facts are recorded!

        If you don’t have the records of more than the past 3 months solve problems in an acceptable time period. Even now in the records there would be previous months complaints (may) mentioning that a rebate has to be given to me. When the decision of rebate has already been taken then why is there a need to check the records of feb again! & even incase there is, it is due to inefficiency in their system that they can’t check it.
        These [censored]s reduce your balance, don’t give you reasons, make you run & when you give up & recharge would repeat the same.

        A STRONG RECOMMEDATION: NEVER GO FOR AIRTEL CELLULAR SERVICE  IT IS A TRAP!!

        Hello, this is sami from kurnool(andhra pradesh)..and my mobile number is [protected]...i'm the user of airtel prepaid customer..and i'm using the AIRTEL INTERNET ON service from past 3years..but from past 6days unnecessary my amount is cutting out from my balance..when i called CUSTOMER CARE ExECUTIVES they told within 24hours my problem will get solved and that 24hours haven't arrived till now..everyday i'm calling CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES but no one is taking action against my complaint..and even the TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE are saying USELESS FELLOW to me when one of thier customer care executive told me to keep my call on hold..actually that customer care executive forget to keep my call on hold and i listed the thoughts what they discussed..CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE by name NAVEEN said who is that USELESS FELLOw complainting abt this issue with his mate...i'm tired of this customer care executives of airtel..and one more thing when i made a call to CUSTOMER CARE they said me to call GPRS DEPT but when i called GPRS DEPT they said me to call CUSTOMER CARE DEPT..that funcking customer care executives of AIRTEL is playing with us..and not taking any action against my 17complaints..AIRTEL IS BLODDY CELLULAR SERVICES...

        i have a prepaid connection and i am not comfortable with your airtel customer care services because on 3rd of augst 2008 . i have down loadaded a game wwe and this game is not completly download and 50rs is deducted frm my cell. and i have call atleast 10 times in yr customer care and only they tell me that yr money will be come after 4days . and today is 27 augst .
        so please sir give me my 50 rs .

        Airtel Prepaid — reduction in balance

        I am a subscriber of Jharkhand and my prepaid mobile no is [protected] and on roaming. I got a topup of Rs 120/= on 26/07/2009 and surprised to see my balance only Rs 0.97 on 28/07/2009. Between 26th july to 28th july neither I made a call nor I received any.It is not clear how my balance became almost zero

But unfortunately from last two weeks Rs10.00 for each week getting deducted from my account without any information.I received a message from 54321 saying that "you have been renewed for Bollywood subscription service from Airtel.You have been charged Rs.10."I have replied with a request to unsubscribe but as of now there is no result.

        This is nothing but harassment to costumer.

        Airtel Prepaid — reduction of balance without making call

        I have the same bitter experience with Airtel service. I am planning to discontinue and my whole family connections even motivate others to go for different customer friendly connections.
        yes airtel is cheating people n is not providing d services which it should..and also reduces unnecessary balances...and is thereby torturing its users...i feel lyk throwing away d airtel sim ..whenever i get recharged ma balance the very next day i found it with a 1Rupee balance which i use it for complaining n still the customer care execuitive dont refund the balance n put up various reasons n neither dey listen to us fully ... really airtel is now no more in our lives n it has failed to connect people..people hv started running away from airtel... horrible services of AIRTEL!!

                My name is Shahid Mansuri. I have sony ericsson K300i handset and sim card of airtel. About two months ago I had activated my gprs service and after few days i had deactivated the same. But yet now there is deduction of charges. About 10 times i have called to customer care. Every time they ensure me that money will be refund to you for the wrong deduction. Sometimes i got refund but the problem remain as it is. i dont know what to do? According to customer care, there is some technical problem. but why i'll have pay for this?
                Many a times i have requested them but nothing changed.

                  One day I was just browsing your website: www.airtel.in/hellotunes & found a hello tune called STILL DRE. As matter of fact am a big fan of Dr.Dre. I luv hip hop songs & i wanted STILL DRE by Dr.Dre as my hello tune. So I had sent an SMS to 543211 with the hello tune code still dre. The very next minute I received a SMS stating that the still dre hello tune has been activated. Then i tried dialling my number from my Landline & the hello which was activated was Rollin by Limp Bizkit. You people don't know the artist name & name of the song. Limp bizkit is rock artist & Dr.Dre is a hip hop artist. You people have S*** in your mind. I even called u r airtel customer care for assitance. But i think the executives are pathetic, lack of communication skill, they even don't know to speak in english. airtel steals money from the customer giving fake information on the website. pathetic...I give a [censored]

                  I was calling an airtel number and by mistake in my phone ' * ' button was pressed due to which that hello tune was copied on my number and I have been charged Rs.15 for copying and Rs. 30 for activation which sums up to Rs.45. I just want to say that there should be either some other way to activate or copy hello tune as this can happen with anyone and he/she will be charged for it which by the way is happening by mistake.

                  This is absolutely wrong way to charge money. Please look into the matter.

                    i vikas from gupta showroom at faridabad, dealer of prepaid airtel mobile connection/recharge. we are offered discount of 2.25% of margin on prepaid load, we buy from distributor. but, instead of deduction of 2.25% from total actual load we receive from distributor, they give us discount only 2.20% on the actual load. according to them margin of 2.25% is on cost not on actual load. for example. they charge rs. 10000 for actual load of rs. 10225 to us. which should be actually rs. 9995. this small .05% bring them a huge amount when calculated at big scale over the entire distribution area. surprisely, T.M of our area also support distributor side.

                      I'm using airtel services from quite some time and they have made my life miserable with their incompetent services.

                      In last four months, i've called them several times but they have no service attitude.

                      My username is pratbise and I’m not able to login into the airtel system by using my username and password. Everytime i call them (almost thrice a week), i get a standard reply that their system is under upgradation and within 48 hours i should be able to access. But three months have passed and those 48 hrs are still to get over. Now i'm being told that the upgradation was over on 21st May and still i'm not able to access. Each time they promise me that they will reset my password and sms it to me.

                      They are most incompetent. I’ve another airtel no. and I’ve faced much more serious problems on it.

                      In the process of upgradation they have deleted my airtel bills, from their system (that I had access to through my log-in). They claim that they can’t provide me with duplicate bills too.

                      They have made my life miserable, it is so frustating to face such problems. One has to waste time to talk and argue with them. They just have a standard reply for all our complaints... 'we are sorry for the inconvenience caused' ...and they actually don’t mean this at all.

                      No one pays any attention to our problems. The worst is that we have to talk to a new person each time and explain our grievances. No senior person is available to register our complaint with.

                      AIRTEL call centre is full of incompetent person, they don't even have most of the information and they don't have the service attitude.

                      I hope airtel can treat their customers better.

                      This is regarding my airtel post paid no. [protected] which i am using for a long time. every time i visited for some work to the airtel office but always dissatisfied from their services. but this time its too much.

                      last month i was forced by one of the employee of the airtel to buy addon connetions. i bought two connections but they are never operated by me beacuse they never started by the airtel because i shifted from my current place. but i was shocked by seeing my recent bill which include the tarrif of both the addon connections which i was never used. how can company charged me like this?

                      then i made a call to the nodal officer punjab, but the way she spoken to me was totally wrong.
                      My mobile no is [protected], the same was dicconnected on 23/06/2008. I was told that within 45 days I will be refunded my deposit of Rs. 500/-, but till date (14/10/2008) I have not received the amount. Now whenever I make phone call (made atleast 10 calls in past 5 days) I get reply that our systems are down.

                      Take up the matter seriously and refund me my deposit amount at the earliest.

                      I am having a mobile prepaid life time connection of Airtel bearing no. [protected]. Airtel is activating various packages on its own and deducting money from my prepaid account. On complain they are also not ready to refund the money which they have suo-moto deducted themselves. Today also Rs.30 has been deducted from my account on account of renewal of one Khel- Khel me pack, which I had not asked for. I had requested to Airtel Customer Care number of times to stop such an unwanted, annoying and disgusting in nature of packages, since I am not interested in any of their packages, which they have activated on my said number and started deducting the money from my account without any notice. But instead of stopping the services, now it increase. It’s a theft committed by the Airtel service providers inasmuch as without any request, they activated the said services and further without any notice they renewed the said packages and started deducting money from my account and hence they caused undue loss to me. Not only this also after making request to stop such services, they did not stop the services. I am facing this problem for last three months and made several requests to the Airtel customer care officers to stop this kind of service but they all are useless.
                      Due to this kind of service, I chose to change my service provider from Airtel to Vodafone and I had applied mobile no. portability on about 22nd February 2011 to Airtel and they sent a UPC code no.AD 342834, I informed about this code no.to Vodaphone company but till date my no.was not converted in to Vodaphone no. because the request sent by the Vodafone was rejected by the Airtel service provider saying that my balance is in negative. Then I recharged my account but again the airtel have deducted the money from my account on account of the renewal of said khel-khel me pack.
                      I am very sorry to say that I am facing much problem due to this type of service. I called your customer care officer and complaint on number of times but it seems like Airtel mobile doesn’t care about its customer.What the bluddy treatment you guys are giving to your customers.
                      as a telecom company, a new brand in INDIA don’t know how to do their work and provide customer satisfaction, Please take urgent action otherwise I am constrained to take an action against you.

                      I do completely agree with B.Amudhan , Even i would like to add few more points addition to it . I had a very worst experience having Airtel Postpaid . I am highy frustrated and disappointed with Airtel Customer Care , their falls commitment and very poor services . I had taken the connection last week , submitted all my relevant documents to their executive. Few days back they have suddenly stopped my services saying we have not received your documents kindly submit it. I again submitted all my documents to the Airtel shop and they promised me that services would be up in 2 hrs . Its been 3 days now , i have been following up with them, but nobody has any clues why stil my services are barred .. every time i call to the customer care they replied saying either their System is down or Cant help .                       I have brought one Airel DTH connection but now I can see only few channels.
                      Customer care is not helping me even after complaining many times.
                      My a/c no. is [protected] and from last two days my set top box is not working. Even power indicator is not working. Tried to contact costumer service[protected] but the call keeps getting hanged on, so called quits. Kindly do the needful immediately. Today I was finally able to contact costumer care at 1.00PM and they gave me a complaint number 8734660. I was assured of resolution by 6.30 PM of 05/06/2011. I even got an SMS with a "Happy code" and was asked to call [protected]. No resolution as expected, tried to contact [protected]..."No. not reachable". The supposed "24 X 7" costumer care
                      at [protected] also does not operate after 5.00 PM, as I was unable to talk to any human after listening to IVR music for long time. Does Airtel exist as a company or everybody has left it for the good? anyway thanks to many companies in market, I would have the opportunity to use services of other DTH operators now!...Isko laga dala ...ab hone do airtel ka zinga lala!"
                      I received a message 4-5 times stating about some "full talktime offer" i.e if i recharge with Rs. 120 then i get Rs. 105 immediately and remaining balance in 48 hrs. i got my number recharged with Rs. 120 on 17th of july but i didnt receive balance talktime till 19th july. i tried calling customer care of airtel at 121 but instead of transferring call to some customer care executive, they will always keep call on hold asking u to wait. then suddenly call gets disconnected. again i called next day and fortunately i got to talk to some customer care executive but no proper response. he just writes a complaint and tells me that i will receive my complaint number through message and on enquiring how will i know about the status of my complaint he stated that airtel people will contact me themselves. i received complaint number via message but no call or message confirming the status. now again when i called 2-3 times to enquire about the status of the complaint, what i get is that customer care executive ask me to hold till he finds out the status and later cuts the call without confirming anything and wasting my precious time.
                      Also, without even my subscribing, i receive a message "thank you for subscribing to punjabi hits @ Re.1/day". how strange??? when i told customer care executive about this, what he states is that first let one complaint get solved and then i can get another complaint registered.
                      I am really irritated at the way these executives respond and also one or the other problem with my number cropping up every other day....
                      I am an Advocate and busy the entire day, i dont get time to visit airtel centre and this is what a customer/consumer gets for availing services of any company. Airtel is a known name in its respective field but i am sorry to say that its services are becoming poor day by day. I[censored] can convey my complaint to some higher authorities of Airtel that will help me because i am not able to get through any solution.

                      I paid upfront Rs 2190 do get an inclusive Airtel DTH installation, 12 month subscription and Rs 250 cash back as credit on 29 Oct 11.

                      With pain and after repeated calls of complaints I got the installation done on 17 Nov 11.

                      Still, after that the technician fleeced my wife, who was at home of Rs 250 as service charges when none was required. Also, till date the reception is not coming despite repeated complaints. There is just no response from the DTH group.

                      Advise- Never go for airtel DTH. Now, I heard from others too who have installed the product. Tata Sky is good.
                      I am unable to connect to the network.The message received is that I have been disconnected by the server.
                      The help desk has asksed to keep preferential setting as WCDMA which shifts to EDGE and roaming. I am surprised that email and small KBs of downloads have consumed 200MB.
                      Airtel Kerala states they are a differnet org and I have ot contact the Mumbai center for resolution of complaints
                      After a long dispute with Airtel and still the issue is unresolved, I can not take it up any more as i m fed up and my frustration level with Airtel is on its highest. Now, I am looking ofr to cancel the connection. Therefore, I talked to customer care excecutive for the cancellation on connection and he said that I need to make complete payment first to Airtel to clear all outstandings an then only the connection will be cancelled. Can I ask Airtel that what about the time and money I have wasted to raise the issues and follow up them. I would request Airtel not to extend this dispute anymore and Cancel the connection without considering any outstanding on my side otherwise If Airtel wants to have a legal dispute in consumer court then also I am ready for that. I have all the bill/proofs which completely prooves the poor services of Airtel which can frustrate any customer. I want Airtel to make its decision ASAP.

                      In 1st week of Jul'14 your marketing people called me to convince for airtel wifi router 4G and promised good speed and services. On 13th July'14 on executive Mr Mahaveer came to my house for demo and that day he showed good speed of almost 3.5 mbps. I was convinced and paid him 2500 for the device and after 4 days my wifi started working.
                      After that neither I received any welcome letter nor any account no and no one bothered to inform my airtel no. After running from pillar to post I got my airtel no [protected] Band paid bill also but from Aug'14 i never got speed more than 0.5 mbps and despite following Mahaveer so many time I found him talking arrogantly.

                      Several times I contacted your customer care and submitted complaint but today when I called and spoke to some Mr Naveen he informed that till date no complaint is registered in past whereas every week I call and submit complaint. This week i have note complaint no also which is 58243489. Your lazy executive Naveen told me that we take 4 days to address Internet speed issue. Are you living in some stone age?

                      Now I under your modus operande of cheating people. On demo day you raise the frequency only to deceive customers to loot their Rs 2500 and then monthly bill of Rs 1100 is charged as bill (fine for falling in your trap) with pathetic service of 0.5 mbps speed and charges are of 4 G with upto 7mbps speed.

                      I am shocked to note that such a big company is indulged in such cheap methods of making money.I see this as a racket going on in Airtel to cheat people.

                      I want my amount to be reimbursed as I don't wish to continue with such bad people. This is equivalent to not only deficiency in services but also the harassment experienced at Airtel hands.

There is no flyover or new development near our residence by which network can be interrupted. This is just a false excuse for not solving the problem.

                      For your kind information, we are having many numbers of airtel. Details given below:

                      3. Broadband connection with commercial plan.
                      4. More than 20 airtel mobile connections in individual names.
                      5. Airtel 4G connection which we have taken to use at our residence.

                      Even though having so much connections we are getting this problem. We are paying huge bill amount every month but we are not getting good services from your end.

                      Hence we request you to pls look into the matter and provide appropriate solution by giving good network.

                        Dear Sir, I don't want to do the chain mail. Pl find the account attachemnt, which clearly proves that customer has done the advance payment of next three months already . Even then his connection has been de-activated, without checking his account balance, informing him thru sms, calls etc .

                        Pl note that a small customer like me, if do the change over from Air-Tel to any other, it doesn't impact Air-tel . Air Tel is an Ocean, If a small drop will come out, it has no effect .

                        But this is a really area of serious concern for Air-Tel. This is not a customer oriented service. Pl try to close these loop holes, in your wide network, so that in future no other customer should speak in the same language.

                        Any way, still after three days, the SIM has not been activated.. Pl close my account immediately & return my balance accout cheque, otherwise things may be acceleated to other plateforms, which surely effect Air-Tel,

                          then i tr my [protected] 249 plan corp. connection (org. NOC attached with tr.ing . plan form and applied for 149 plan in ebd business centre rajpur dehradun )into 149 plan but they person give me.[protected] plan------
                          now i have recevied my fisrt bill of 528 rs but ms richa said that only 135 rs to be paid as my ad rental from my 249 plan will adjected and my security will tr. to my plan 299.[protected]in next bill airtel refused it boldly[protected]i dont know what happened with my ad. rental 249+500 rs seurity[protected] where on my clouser of 249 plan c.care said sir fisrt u have to pay all the dues -------and ur amount ad. rental 249+500 rs will adject in next plan bill or will send as a cheque 2 u.[protected]ur c.care ashok.shadana and deepak boldly refused.[protected]boldly said we are help less[protected]u have 2 pay.[protected]what this[protected]and in my next bill airtel fine me 50 rs because i have paid only 135 rs where ms richa told me to pay that amount[protected]as she adjected my pre. bal amount.

                          then on 9/05/08 i got call from mr suresh, he said soon someone will contact me in [protected][protected]but[protected]no soon.

                          so pl dis connect my connection[protected]as i dont have much time and memory[protected]to be in touch with aitel c.care.

                            non activation of advance rental 999 executive plan w.e.f.10.5.2007 to 22.11.2007

                            1. Holding the above service w.e.f. 9.5.2006: under 999 Executive advance Rental plan; deposited Rs.1260/- (Rs.1000/- one time charge; 200/- activation fee; 60/- others);

                            2. Renewed the the above plan on 10.5.2007 by depositing Rs.999/- vide SL. No.103482 dated 10.5.2007. Amount deposited in M/s Sacs Enterprises Pvt. ltd., 55 Alagar Koil Road, Thallakullam, Madurai.

                            I had contacted several times overphone, lodged written complaint, personally informed in your office. The complaint No.14831446; further reference No.[protected];[protected];[protected];[protected];[protected];[protected];[prot...
                            [protected];[protected];[protected];[protected];[protected] plus several time talked to your CC officials.

                            Observations & complaint:

                            a) Bill Plan charge - 999 executive Advance rental (Rs.51/) & Fixed Charges 999 Executive Adv. Plan (Rs.99/-) total amounting to Rs.150/- is not being discounted from 10.5.2007 to 22.11.2007. Activated only on 23.11.2007 after raising complaint. (the same discount of Rs.150/- was allowed from May, 2006 to April, 2006)

                            b) Requested to look into the matter and reverse the excess amount I had deposited with you from 10.5.2007 to 22.11.2007. Proof of deposit and other details are mentioned in para 2 above.

                            Note: One of your representative from CC had informed me that since, the said plan is activated from 23.11.2007, the benefit of Rs.150/- will be allowed for a period of one from the date of activation. It is not clear why the benefit of the scheme from 10.5.2007 to 22.11.2007 should not be extended and reverse the excess amount deposit to me since, I had paid the amount well in time. Since, the official at your end might have done mistake by activating the scheme not in time, the customer should not be deprived off the benefit what he supposed to get.

                            Since no action has been taken by you despite my complaint dated 28.1.2008, I am forced to raise this complaint once again.

                            Now I have decided not to utilise your services. Kindly barr my services after taking following Steps immediately.

                            a) Allow the discount benefit(@ Rs. 150/- per month) from 10.5.2007 to 23.11.2007

                            b) As per the bill dated 25.5.2008, Rs.916.73 is due for payment. You may adjust the arrears due to me by reversing the same (i.e. by allowing the discounts of Rs.150/- for the period from 10.5.2007 to 23.11.2007.

                            c) De activate the services immediately as I see no advantage to me by keeping irresponsible services extended by you in spite of the complaints raised time to time.

                            Kindly initate action immediately. A copy of this letter is being endorsed to Consumer Forum for expeditious action.

                            I AM HAVING ADVANCED RENTAL SCHEME POST PAID CARD OF AIRTEL AND I AM GETTING TOO MUCH EXCESS BILL SINCE LAST 3 MONTHS. I AM NOT GETTING ANY CLARIFICATION FROM YOUR CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER.

                            FURTHER WITHOUT ANY FURTHER KNOWLEDGE YOUR SYSTEM ACTIVATING DIFFERENT DIFFERENT SERVICES WHICH IS OUT MY KNOWLEDGE.

                            NOW IN DEC-2007 BILLS I HAVE NOT MADE MORE INTERNATIONAL CALLS EVEN THEN I AM RECEIVEING BILL FOR RS,1400/- WHICH IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO ME, AS PER MY KNOWLEDGE IT IS AROUND 500/- TO 600/-RS. NOT MORE THAN THAT BUT I DONT KNOW WHY I AM GETTING SUCH EXCESS BILL.

                            NOW IF I WILL GET ANY EXCESS BILL IN JANUARY 2008 I WILL DISCONNECT YOUR CONNECTION AND I WILL COMPLAIN IN CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER.

                            new sim for post paid connection not activated — non activation of sim in spite of advance payment

                            i got a call from airtel call centre informing me regarding the new plan of 1495 advance payment for zero rental for two years .then i got a call from an executive of north west marketers(pvt) ltd an authorised dealer of airtel . he told me that he got my mob no from airtel and asked about my willingness to take the said plan when i agreed to take the plan the executive told that he would visit me after obtaining my address from airtel customer service (i didnot give him the addresss purposely to check his authenticity).the executive then visited me on 21 jul 08 at my residence took all relevant documents and a cheque of axis bank serial no 018388 of Rs 1495 and assured me of activation in 24 hrs .till date the no has not been activated inspite of north west marketers receiving clear payment on 23 jul 08 as infomed to me by the bank.the no given to me was [protected] and the sim no is [protected].my interaction with customer service has not served any purpose, since they donot have the requisite data to process my complaint. the request u not to harrass a customer like this .and please ask ur dealer to activate my sim since airtel gave him all my personal details. the connection is of airtel and it is in good faith with airtel that i agreed to take the connection

                              Not able to speak customer care executive

                                I mr. samiuddin subscriber of airtel sim card my cell no. is [protected] was activated on 15 - 17 march 2008 in Nalgonda district right now i am in middle east (kuwait) for a trip of 75 days so its essential to get all my calls from india but i failed to get network over here. So is there any procedure to activate international roaming pls. let me know in this regard.

                                in my case they told me that prepaid reaming is available in china but when i came to china...airtel no working...i borrowed one chinesse phone n called many times ot airtel cc but they just transferring the call from one person to others and in the last they dropped the call. due to this i stucked in china for 8 days without connection.

                                  I’ve used the pathetic service of Airtel only for Rs.50/- and paid total of Rs.570/- because recovery hooligans from Airtel came to my office to forcefully take the money.

                                  The “useless and worst customer care” of Airtel is not responding well too.

                                  I’ve forcefully paid Rs.570 to Airtel and requested to close my account through the closure form and the e-mail too in the last month itself (The Service Request number for the same is[protected].

                                  I do not believe it that Airtel again sent me a bill of Rs.120/- again. I feel like badly abusing Airtel a lot.

                                  What’s wrong with Airtel, I do not understand. Is it management or carelessness?

                                  I will not pay a single rupee now, and I will file a case against Airtel if any more hooligans come to my office for recovery. Also, I would expose such incidences to media too.

                                  I can challenge Airtel to send gundas to my office and I will show what I can do.

                                  They can even call up your Friends and Clients if you dont pay the bill and harass them on the phone and ask them to ask you to pay the bill. This is clear infringment in privacy of the clients. They have no right to know who the customer is calling and they have no right to call my family, friends or anybody who is personal to me and ask them for money. This is so CHEAP and RIDICLIOUS on their part. Grow up Airtel.
