Today i went to link my airtel number to adhar card in airtel office in atharbanki paradip. But this office in atharbanki was forcing me to pay rs 100 for linking adhar card with airtel mobile number otherwise they will not link. They were telling it is compulsory to deposit money in airtel bank. I told i don't want to open airtel bank. Then they told we will not link. So, kindly take strict action against them and punish them for doing such...

I have 4g plan 399 rs and i m using 4g handset samsung galaxy a9 pro. In 399 rs plan u r giving 4g speed but i have not find 4g network andci m not getting 4g speed.what should i do.pls help me....

Same problem in middle of rajkot city.

From last few months we are facing terrible network issues. Even in home, office or different location.

Network often goes off.
Tried all 2g, 3g and 4g network settings with new 4g sim.

Issue tested with different mobile, different location in city as well as different airtel numbers.

Airtel has been the most digraceful company i have seen ...for last 2 months have been trying to get connection disconnected...but there is no customer care number working...i bet if anyone can get a customer care number of airtel working...and they just have charged 2 months amount free...this will surely be a big negative marketing for u all - i will surely see negative word of mouth marketing of airtel...

Airtel — cancel my airtel postpaid connection

I have been using airtel postpaid connection before 7 to 8 months. I requested to cancel my connection in airtel office (Ambawadi, ahmedabad), but it was not canceled and i was receiving bills and i could see that the connection is still in active state. I raised a complaint about this on 29 of sep 2017, to the airtel online complaint but nobody attended the complaint. I kindly...

I uploaded rs. 450 in my airtel money account on 13-9-17 for payment to shopclues.com. But after 3 days i cancelled my order & m recieved my money refunded in my wallet money when i tried to send money to bank network failed two times and in 3rd time i get an error message stated something like that - "incufficent fund, your airtel money account will be block after 3 failed attempts" after this message i tried to reset my mpin, after giving...

When i activated my airtel 399 pack it said 3g/4g valid for 84 days 1gb/day. But now they have stopped it after 30 days. They say if i further want to enjoy the rest of the pack then i have to convert to airtel 4g from my 3g sim. There was no such condition given on the offer. And i don't want to convert to 4g.
This is fraud as they are misleading the customers and committing fraud.
Further, their helpline is good for nothing.br...

I had swapped my old sim with a 4g sim on 25/09/2017, and i was told that the sms and data services will be started after 48hrs., but i am still not able to send and receive sms. I called customer care but they could not help me as date of activation of my new sim has not been updated, they told me to wait for 72hrs. More.

I was using the number [protected] for sever years. But from a few monyhs it was nit in use and my no. Has been deactivated. This number has been regsitered in ssc for job. The commision will send otp on this number so it is essential to get the number active. There is not any provision to get the otp on other number. So it is my sincere request to you to reactivate my number. Or suggest the way to get the acyivated the same.

Yesterday (26.09.2017) i bought new 4g volte intex brand mobile. I put my airtel sim in it. And i received a message from airtel it tells daily 1gb 4g data with unlimited any network calling with validity of 84 days. So i surprised and done a recharge immediatly. But after the recharge it shows only 28 days???

I have purchased an airtel prepaid sim with frc of 449. The plan goes like this 1gb of data per day for 3 months and unlimited calls. And it applies only for 4g handsets, i got that sim for my one plus 3 and inserted in ipad mini 2 for a week first 2 days it worked properly and then i didn't get network access for a week later on i called to customer care people and asked why am not getting the internet access, he said your device is not...

Today i read a news if mobile connection is not linked with adhar before feb 2018.. Mobile no will be closed by company... Right now i am out of country for 2 year.. I will back in india next year dec 2018.. I have 1 airtel postpaid connection on my name.

Now you tell me how i can visit myself physically to any airtel outlet for linking adhar with mobile???

And if i will not link my no with aadhar, company will...

Sir my 244 rs netpack has 70 days validity and I put my net pack on 01.09.2017 but it ends by today. It ends by only 28 days and how it is possible? I want the remaining data for 244 rs. Please kindly help me and solve this issue.
