further i had also paid a deposit when taking d phone ,now i am been still recieving d bill fr the period i hav not used d phone as it is lost

Have made a payment for my landline [protected] bill via transaction of Rs. 550.00 at Bharti Airtel on December 08, 2009 via AUTH # T61795. Same is not reflecting in their sytems, have tried calling/ complaining on the website several times 28633264 is the complaint number which shows closed on their website without no one bothering to call me! Have paid the same bill 2 times over.

I have Purchased Airtell Digitaltv connection through Cridit Card payment on 31st, January, 2010 but still not installed and not received any call from your customer care deportment. it was clearly mentioned that the setting is free and also the internet browsing is free.

I was informed by CCE official Airtel that if I recharge with Rs98 I 'll enjoy 2GB internet.The day I was informed that i recharged but i could'nt been able to access it I lodged complain atleast six times every time they said it will take 48hrs but till day nothing had happened .br...

On 10th Jan, 2010 I had called to recharge my existing NORTH MEGA pack. The person on the other side of the phone suggested yearly renewal of Rs 3035/- as it has a savings of Rs 550/-. On my asking whether the list of channels change, he assured it would not. I followed his instructions and yesterday evening recharged my account as current account expires on 24th Jan 2010.

For getting information about the scheme, I had talked customer cares executive on 121 immediately after the purchase within 3 to .30 hours.
