further i had also paid a deposit when taking d phone ,now i am been still recieving d bill fr the period i hav not used d phone as it is lost

Have made a payment for my landline [protected] bill via transaction of Rs. 550.00 at Bharti Airtel on December 08, 2009 via AUTH # T61795. Same is not reflecting in their sytems, have tried calling/ complaining on the website several times 28633264 is the complaint number which shows closed on their website without no one bothering to call me! Account Recharge

On 10th Jan, 2010 I had called to recharge my existing NORTH MEGA pack. The person on the other side of the phone suggested yearly renewal of Rs 3035/- as it has a savings of Rs 550/-. On my asking whether the list of channels change, he assured it would not. I followed his instructions and yesterday evening recharged my account as current account expires on 24th Jan 2010.

Since the next day after renewal I am not getting ZEE...

Dear Customer Care,

I have purchased a AIRTEL sim card bearing number [protected] before 4 days. I had submitted all the paper to retailer immediately. It was purchased for internet use purposes. For getting information about the scheme, I had talked customer cares executive on 121 immediately after the purchase within 3 to .30 hours.
