Respected sir/mam

I activated sms scheme of RS 102 on 24/01/2010. i used the service for the same till 25th jan but on 25 jan evening my sms started getting charged from main account.
I complained in customer care about 4-5 times but did not get any proper response.
now its about 4 days i am suffering with this problem.Company just says that your complain has been taken. you will be directed shortly.

number not working

sir,
i have been using airtel postpaid for 5 months. two months ago i decided to change it to prepaid...so i filled up all the necessary documents..to the dealer. But my number was not shifted and is now closed for more than 1 month. I made a complaint regarding that but no one gave me a satisfying answer. Now i have decided to go to consumer court...let's see if AIRTEL cares for their customers.

New SIM Card Activation

I bought a new SIM card from one of Airtel's retailers on 19th Jan. The card was not activated and I was told that I had to visit the relationship center to get a new SIM card as this SIM card was 'faulty'.

NUISANCE AND CHARGING FOR THE SAME

Take legal action

Dear Sir/Madam
i have an airtel PostPaid connection([protected]) before 4-5 year, i cut my phone on delay of payment, but the Bill collector promise me that yt pn will not discoonect i paid him 2,500 rupee but my amount is 3500 approx, and the date is before two days from my birthday, i much suffer from it , but no one come to me to ask the reason, but they never try to find out the reason and now after 8 month they take legal action...

Deduction of balance for services which i had not asked to activiate

Dear Sir,

On 26/11/2009, I received an SMS from Airtel which said that Rs.333 recharge for full talktime is available even on roaming. My validity showed as lifetime (That is, Sep 04, 2012). On 27/11/2009, I charged the prepaid Airtel no.[protected] through Citibank Mastercard for Rs.333. To my surprise, the same was billed to me on the credit card though my balance is shown as zero.

Worst speed

Hi,
I bought airtel data card of 1800 and a plan of 999/- of 256kbps but i am only getting 3-5 kbps. I had not even thought that i will get that much speed its really hopeless internet connection. Could anyone make it correct or fine for me i will be thankful to them....
