bill is having some wrong charges

i am using 3 post paid cards of cug in pgvcl scheme. out of 3 cards i m getting wrong call charges from my mobile no. Faking offers to lure customers

Hi,

I planned to switch from BSNL broadband to Airtel Broadband and just at that time i heard about a offer stating that if i book a airtel connection before August 31 i would get 5% Discount on total Bill, Rs.250/- Speed on Demand for first 3 months and 500 free calls (100 Airtel mobile mins and 400 Airtel Lanline mins) for the first month. I have recharged on 12 oct 2009 for Rs.155 through EC. I received sms as successfully recharged. But on next day this amount has been taken back from my account. Conference facility

Sir, Please advice whether is there any Monthly Charges applicable Call Conference facility on Mobile. As i have noticed that except AIRTEL no one is charging for the same. Only AIRTEL is charging monthly rental of Rs.50 of this facility.

Complaint resolution & Customer service

AirTel DTH Customer service and complaint resolution is Worst. I am paying for channels with no picture on the screen. Area service manager Keeps his mobile Switched OFF ([protected]). 200 Full talk time recharge..!!

I have recharged for Rs.200 on 21st october 2009 at 01:12pm by knowing that i would get full talk time with zero validity.
The recharge option was sent to me by airtel service reply. and when i called customer care to know confirm/know about the offer even they said u will get full talk time with zero validity.
But now after recharging i got RS.200 full talk time but "VALIDITY given to me was 1 MONTH" But they(airtel)...
