Complaint against digital TV subscription

Hi,

This is Abhishek Gattani from Bhilwara, Rajasthan. I have taken airtel digital tv connection in the name of "Madan lal Gattani", with customer ID number being [protected] on 15th oct, 2009, from "DIgital Electronics", Bhilwara. I took this connection under the scheme of 1750 rupees and 5 month free subscription of new value pack. At the time of payment, I asked the person to give me the recharge voucher...

Sad customer service and cheating

HI All,

I called up Airtel tollfree customer care and spoke amost 1 hr without resolution and finally they advised me you have to send email for your query as they dont have authority to do so as my account automatically cancelled .

I mailed on 11th Oct but till date no one bothred to call me or reply my mails..

Pls advice me how to take this to consumer court..

ISD calls

My complaint is regarding ISD calls charges added in my bill which calls i had not done. I recd bill on 11.10.09 on the same day i went to ARC at kandivali west. there they told us i hv to call 121 becoz they cant do anything. i call 121 from ARC only CRE told tht i had done the calls thts y they had charged me ISD charges. I told CRE NO one is staying in Africa / or somaliya so how would i call there. Give me persons name and his details...

Call Divert Option

Hello,

I am using Airtel prepiad no : [protected] for the past 6 years and one of valuable customer,but iam requesting Call managmet service(Call Divert Option) for the past 2 years but no step has been taken for there side of my request.

And also i making call to my issue to nodal officer no:[protected] at working hours only,but getting responce as whenever (Busy).so kindly dial and check and send this mail trai...

Block the SMS's

please block the SMS's that I have been receiving. It's really irritating. However, I was the one who subscribed those SMS's in the Internet. However, I receive lot of SMS's which is irritating. Speaking to the Customer rep did not yeild any results. I request you to block the SMS's ASAP.

A special note regarding the Customer rep Mr. Abhinandan from Bangalore. Worst behaviour. Worst Customer service...

after one month my sim become invalid sim

sir,
I bought new airtel post paid sim after submittinting all required documents. It went all normal but after a month, one fine day when I recharged second time after two call it stoped working. When I went to airtel show room they say my sim will not be activated again as it may have negative varification, but I confirm you that no one did the verification telephonically or personally at my house or office address.

I m facing a problem with my prepaid connection of Airtel from last month or so.My mobile no.is [protected] .I m residing in Ashta dist.Sehore (M.P.) About one and a half month ago i got one msg. stated "call tollfree no.5432160 to know abt friends voice chat service" i just called on the no.to know abt the service.But i was not intersted in the service.so i hanged it up.i haven't pressed anything...

change of plan without my permission and information

I have already contacted airtel customer care for changing the combo plan to WEST-Surf 549 without any permission or request. Combo plan was working well according to my need . After repeated complaints done to airtel customer care no action is been taken. Therefore i ask you to take immediate action of this complaint otherwise i will not be responsible for the upcoming bill

DTH+airtel Call center+engineers problematic

I had purchased Airtel DTH way back in july 2009, the first month all the channels were working properly now for the past 3 months lots of channels are not appearing at all or have lots of distortion . i called up several times on airtel dTH CALL CENTER AND i was lucky once in 15 tries to get thru the call ...(airtel call center problem) and conveyed my complaint to the engineer the engineer just told me that satellelite has come near /close...

i bought airtel DTH from the dealer Liability sales corporation, sadar Bazar, Jhansi,U.P. on 16th Oct 2009.Before purchasing the DTH I asked the dealer that tomorrow is Deepawali , will you be able to install the DTH ?and this I asked atleast 4-5 times and he assured me after talking to costmer care center that on 17 the DTH will be instaled by 10 am. I cancelled all my appointment and waited for them...
