Unchecked Act of Phishing

I received the following SMS on 2:16 AM on 10th October 20009,

"You have received a MMS but it cannot delivered on your phone. Retrieve the MMS at http://125.21.241.88/mms. Use your number to login with password ouwoccav."

On going to above mentioned site a page opened up having a Airtel logo and written there was Airtel Multimedia store.

For my convenience I Google up for any Airtel...

Mean Approach by Airtel Broadband (SEF No. TUMBLR 0023703)

I would like to share my experiences which I had after applying for Airtel Broadband.

I urgently needed broad band connection as I was supposed to work from home for a month. I requested for Airtel connection on 28th of August by calling the Customer Care. Initially I got a response that currently there is no connectivity in my area, so I started looking for other service providers.

Deactivate yahoo zone

Despite my various message, self requested you to deactivate my yahoo zone subscription,
but nothing is happened and continuesly they are charging g Rs.10/- every 7 days, Hence
again i am sending my complaints not to deduct any amount further. If they not bother about

I used Airtel postpaid connection atleast for > 3 months. I paid one year advance rental for my mobile no. [protected]. We requested for broad band connection. A guy came at our door took the documents, PAN card photo copy, house rental agreement and took Rs.1000/- He assured to get connection by 4-7 working days. Broadband - Plan change

I bought airtel plan-799 broadband connection at jun'09 chennai location (its a 256kbps, unlimited plan). I look into the usage of bandwidth for couple of months, it not exceeds 8Gb. Fraudulent use of my credit card

I had an Airtel post-paid mobile connection in Bangalore. Since I moved of Bangalore, I decided to terminate my connection. This includes de-activating my number and cancelling the authorised direct debit from Citibank credit card. I got on line with a customer service agent and cancelled the connection. customer care not responding to any calls from my no.

inspite of my complaints launched in airtel customer care online no response is received from their end and no cce is picking up the calls.every time useless options are being told and the line is disconnected when i select the option of talking to a cce. i am fed up of their responses....

Blackberry

I have bought this phone in Airtel Lobby Hyderabad Model is Blackberry 8900 in June 2009. In the month of July one fine morning key pad of the handset stopped working and I had taken it to Airtel the problem was rectified and given back to me after 12 days. Now again in October I have the same problem with the handset and I am now transferred to Visakhapatnam.

irrelevant charging on airtel live inspite of having subscription to yahoo zone

I have a weekly subscription for yahoo zone in airtel live. It charges me Rs. 10/- only (rupees ten only) per week. Other than this , I was never charged by airtel for using yahoo zone , but since 07/10/2009 I have been charged on using the same service . Despite calling customer care , there was no hearing to my problem .Besides this, the customer care executive literally knows nothing about airtel and its services ....

Prepaid Booster pack

Hi,

I have airtel prepid connection and has opted for booster Rs.245/- for 3 months(Till 09 Dec 2009). The problem is airtel is beduting Rs. 1 for all the calls I make to airtel (As per booster 10 paise) or other mobiles(As per booster 50 paise).
