Unusual Broadband billing

I had taken the connection under the 770/- 8gb download plan with a wireless router which was password protected.
Suddenly, last month I received a massive bill of ~28, 500/-(showing almost 49GB of downloads).

WRONG CHARGES MADE BY AIRTEL PREPAID

Bad connectivity

Hi,

This is with reference to poor connectivity of Airtel in Indirapuram region.

The signal strength in Ashiana Upvan and Indirapuram area is very bad for Airtel mobile user.
Even at ground floor the call drop rate is very high with bad voice quality as the signal is very weak

Cannot call Special 5 number

I recently took an airtel prepaid conection. Phone: [protected]. I activated a special 5 number and now all numbers except this special 5 number works. The person i call the most is unable to talk to me. Its pathetic plan and more so because airtel does not have any number where i can talk to a human being. Ridiculous!!...

Airtel Post Paid : Airtel has not returned the deposit money

This is regarding a very bad experience with Airtel.

Ever since I took the airtel conection [protected], I had problems with poor connectivity, call dropping, getting the junk messages even after DND request.


The problems were never corrected and hence I decided to close the subscription. I paid all the outstanding bills on 16th April and gave the request for disconnection.

billing errors, bad service

Beware of Airtel's wrong billing policies! I was warned about this, but have experienced it myself now.

1. There was incorrect billing from Airtel's side. An additional charge of 250 and a wrong late fee on Rs. 50.

2. I called them 5 different times and was promised on each occasion that they will get back within 24 hours.

forgot barring password
