I am using prepaid mobile number [protected]. On 18-07-09, I had zero balance on my account and you have given me credit facility on this prepaid line for Rs. 20/- for using Tata Zone which is not acceptable to me. Just now I have recharged with Rs. 122/- for T2T calls and Rs. 10/- for other calls.

PHONE BLOCK DUE TO WRONG UNBILLED

Not providing any details

I am an Airtel Post Paid customer. My phone no. is [protected].

In my June bill I have been charged for GPRS Roaming from Singapore at over Rs 20, 000. I have repeatedly requested airtel for billing details and how the charge has been calculated. They have refused to provide any details.

Every response that I receive from them says "Your charges are correct". They have not provided any method of calculation...

Transfer of number

My company where I worked offered me to change the corporate cell phone they gave me to my personal number and I did the same on July 10, 2009 in Kamanahalli, Bangaluru with an ARC. I had a NOC from my company that they would pay all the dues till July 9th. This is regarding my cell no-[protected] i had faced many problems regards to my A/c as some of the person at airtel (Ms.Surekha Shetty Zonal Officer) use to check my details of A/c frequently as incoming & outgoing details of my number, i had even registered a compalint against it on 23rd jan 2009 but there was no strick action taken for the same, due to that i even started getting blank calls and other persons calls...

False commitments and non refund of payment

I am a regular broadband customer of Airtel for last 6 years and invested time to time some amounts for modems, wireless handsets and WiFi modem. I have to use broadband services as my job demands that and I also get my DSL bill re-imbursed from my office.

I have purchased the new connection on 25.07.09 which I purchased for Rs 2000 Mega package but when the package was on it come to known that economy package has been activated I requsted the customer care to change my package they said that you have to pay 150 more for that package I agreed & rechage with the same then again I called to customer care next day after recharge then they say that now the pakage is get increased to 2200 now...
