I would like to put forward my case with AIRTEL postpaid.
I have concerns about my airtel bill with number : [protected] in the name of "Ritesh Bansal".
This is having a family plan for 999 per month.
I have attached the August Bill which I have concerns about.
You can notice that there is a 10 day international roaming pack applied on the bill.

Received bill since past two month with ISD charges in my bills and where as those calls are never dialled using my phone handset. Ist mont Airtel reverted the amounts accepting the fraud but the second month they charged more than 400 for ISD calls and when raised several complaints they started ignoring and straight away closing the tickets with out proper resolution and confirmation. I have been ordered new broadband service with agent (AgentId - [protected]) on 06/10/2023 and paid advance amount rs.3300 via airtel application.
Order ID - 8beabda27627dba9fa1621e1da44b7c4

But, Service provider (Gowtham-[protected]) denied new broadband
connection on 07/10/2023 and telling reason as "New service not feasible at customer location"

I had made payment of 3532/- on 6th October, 2023 for Airtel Xtream fiber connection. Team has informed me about the installation appointment on the same day but because of some power issue my Wi-Fi connection is still not installed at my place. My Airtel Xstream Fiber connection with account no [protected] was deactivated on 05/08/2023. The refund amount of 3385.55 was promised to be processed within 45 days. I am yet to receive the refund. On 2nd Oct'23 I made a payment to my electricity bill to BSES Rajdhani from an Airtel application by using my Airtel Axis bank Credit Card. My mobile number looks like spoofing. Some strangers called and said now you have called to me. Daily its repeated. Due to that i have black all strangers call. Some time some important calls are blocked. This number is recorded in many places, aadhar card, bank accounts etc... Could you please check and advice, because i have used this number over 6 years....

I am facing the cross connection issues while making calls. When I call to my friends and family members it connects with any other strange person. And sometimes i can hear the conversation of other two people but my voice is not audible to them.
This is very concerning issue toward the privacy and personal space.
